yep, another thing about how people don't respect the band. Okay so pep rallies usually have a thing for what group wins the spirit stick, we like do a cheer thing with the cheerleaders than we scream our lungs off to see who's the peppyst, and these are the groups: sixth grade, seventh grade, eighth grade, cheerleaders and dance team, people we have the pep rally for (like football team and stuff) and than the band (of course we're last), but this pep rally we only had the Jazz Band playing so I didn't get to play (which sucked) but anyways, we were sitting there so they got all the way to the people the pep rally was for and than they stop, TOTALLY skipping the band, don't even look at them! I mean I was FURIOUS! I mean I was SCREAMING "WHAT ABOUT THE BAND?!!??!??!" To the cheerleaders and they are like "Whatever, we don't care." So, for the rest of the pep rally I sat there fuming, and doing absolutely nothing else. So yeah...what do ya'll think?

The pep rally isn't about the band. Pep rallies are for the sports that are considered sports. (Jazz band is not one. Marching band is.)

uck, how pissy.
Well our band for pep rallies is the marching band, and we're semi-good/awesome and if i remember correctly, they asked the marching band alone to scream... I think if that was right we just sat there.
