New Year's Cheer! Being that it's nearing the end of the year, bringing a new with it, a whole new year. Don't you think it's only appropiate to have a New Year's bash for the nations, to celebrate their yearly accomplishments and what they'd love to do in the near future? This year, our favourite neglected country decided that she wanted to hold the best ever New Year's bash anyone has ever seen! Just so she'd be remembered for it.Little does she know, it just may not turn out as she planned!Sending an invitation to every nation she knew, now she hopes that they'd respond and come over.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx『ʍ e ℓ ι s s α ω ι ʟ ʟ ι α ʍ s』 『c α ɴ α ᴅ α』xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx A Canadian's OCD with timing was a delicate process, especially with parties. Thinking it through three, four sometimes five times could make you paranoid. That's exactly what our favourite, neglected, always-mistaken-for-America nation felt. Paranoid. Now this Canadian decked out her entire front yard. Ice rink, carniferous trees and other things. Being a Canadian, she loved, loved, loved hockey, even to the extent of obsession. However, she vacated the house, her father included, and awaited the other nations.
Canada's two skates scratched the ice of her rink, it was already scratched, but those where the conditions one would have to deal with. On the way of one round, she sighed. What crazy notion had gotten her to hold a New Year's bash anyways? She glided to the side, holding the rail to steady herself. Out of the rink, she saw her fluffly, white polar bear crawling around the equally as white snow, only his black beady eyes and moist black nose gave him away. She smiled lightly at the scene and kicked her skate to start off. Serenly gliding across the ice, letting her strawberry blonde hair ruffle in the wind crossing her.
This was one of the best things about winter, you can go on ice, skate and play hockey. Mostly playing hockey. As well, after a few hours, she'd get the pleasure and honor to host the winter olympics! [Which was secretly one of the things she wanted to celebrate, but she wouldn't show that ever. And she means ever.]
[ooc] /fail intro post ER YES. I DID USE THE SAME PICTURE. TWICE. xD; [/ooc]

A New year, A New start, A New hope. For something.....But what? * Anne rubbed her arms. She had worn this dress, thinking of the party inside. Not the journey here. She should have picked something else. the maid's dress was to casual, and she didn't have much else. She should have gone shopping for a new dress. The trip here would've been a lot easier on her health. She stared up into the sky, but a snowflake got into her eye. The weather here seemed to dislike her with a vengeance. Well, poo. She would just dislike it back. Taking another look at the invitation, she realized she was right in front of Melissa's house. Thank goodness! She marched up the steps, and took a knock at the door. "Anybody home?" Blowing out a thin stream of air, a thought came to her. What if Melissa wasn't inside? Oh well. She would give it 5 minutes, and then check around the yard for her. She smiled. This might be really fun! * Only one way to find out....
