I have recently come back from what many have refered to as an...unfortunate extended leave of absence. soon thereafter the guild fell apart as it was well on its way to doing. I will not sit here and do nothing. this is my guild and I am gonna do something. im gonna get off my a** and invite people again. but i realized as i looked at the post count for all users and realized, only those that were my close friends irl or on gaia made a significant number of posts. so I thought and realized, what I will do and i will direct my comrades to do. we must stop with the random light recruits, for we must stay to our comrades, we begin recruiting once again, but this time we only invite our close friends from gaia or irl, rather then invite a bunch of random people left and right that we have no idea of and have no idea how dedicated they would be to atleast communicating with others of the guild we will then have an environment in which the group of people will show and stay dedicated more often for the simple fact that there close friends and circles of people are in the guild as well. basically if they have a reason to come back other then just to help the guild, like there close friends and what not are there, it feels more like home so to speak, a place one will want to return to rather than just leave it in the dust. and this way will at first limit how many members we have on active status because close friends and what not are usually more of a thing to be picky and selective of so there would naturally be a lower turnover, however, it will remain with dedicated members, if the people are dedicated to their neighbors and their comrades and those close ones that what makes up the foundation of a guild like this then we can maintain our strength of numbers indefinitely, as we grow slowly and patiently the dedicated members i speak of will eventually attract there close friends as well, not random people of course, so in turn a close person to you could one day have been essentially responsible for the growth of this great union by possibly hundreds or even thousands of additional members. Do not fret, as we have been blessed with another chance, because we are still here, and there will always be those that keep the dream alive within their souls, the dream of our movement! We are the gaia grunny domination movement! We will not falter, we will not fail, and we will not surrendeeeerrrrrr!!! We will succeed!!!! *Raises fist pumping in the air dramatically to get those within earshot ryled and amped* We are grunnyyyyyyyyyyys!!!!!! oh yeah..... and let us burn with the flame of youth! if i cant get this guild back and running quickly, ill do 500 laps around gaia *gives a wink and thumbs up* oh and the reason if your wondering why i made the echoes is because this speech will echo across time and space, to make the very planets tremble in the wake of your power! History will remember this speech....b***h
