A Garganta opened right at the North Gate as Deathsye himself walked out with his hands behind his back as he looked around at the place taking in a deep deep breath, "Lovely...." he said looking at the Northern Gate Keeper, "I truely envy your people... Having the run of such a world. And... Do not worry... I am not going to force my way in..."

Captain of Squad Four
Captain Hana appeared at the gate as she was already tired from the trip. Being in a clinic most of the time has not helped her physically. She took several deep breaths as she regained herself and had one hand on her zanpaktou. "I assume you are the espada, are you not?" She motioned her hand to the gate keeper to remain guarding to door till she was able to restrain him.
Hana forgot one important thing, something to detain him with. She used her free hand to search her pockets for something useful to her. SHe suddenyl came across a bottle of medicine. It was a bottle of anaesthetics she created the other day. She was not sure if she should use it or wait for the others.

Deathsye nodded, "I am the Former Espada yes." he said his hands behind his back as those Amethyst eyes of his laid upon the Squad 4 Captain. Seeing her holding her Zanpakuto he only shook his head, "There is no need for that Miss Captain..." he said not knowing her name only her voice from the stone. "I assure you that I am doing what I told you I would do." he said then realizing it might be easier if he just gave her something to ease her mind.
If she would see anything different between this Espada then the others is the choice in colors of his outfit it seemed to be inverted from the normal Arrancar garb, the white was black and the black was white though the style was definitely still arrancar dispite looking closer to the shinigami robes.
His Human hand slowly reached for the tie to his own Zanpakuto and pulled the string before grabbing it with his Hollow Gauntlet. "Here... For your Security Captain.. But please... Be gentle with Caos." he said throwing her his Zanpakuto. "By the way... You ... are releasing Ammut aren't you? I would be grateful for that Miss Captain. The only one in Hamunaptra is Maia... One Adjucha created Arrancar isn't much for three Espada and their Minions."

Captain Hana was shocked that the man was willing to give his zanpaktou to her for secirity reasons. She caught it as he threw it at her. She examined it as she nodded in a agreement, "I will take care of it then." She did not have enough to secure him all the way to the jail. All she could do is wait for someone to come and escort him to the jail. Hopefully someone will come soon.
"Ammut? Oh the one who delivered the stone to us. Once we get you to the jail, we will release him. I wish I could release her now...but...I do hope you can understand." She remained silent, "But you can trust us that we will keep to our word."

"Good... I do want it returned when I leave." said Deathsye with a soft tone as he closed his eyes, "And thank you for releasing Ammut... The shinigami of the past wouldn't have been so leiniant with him. They would probably killed him on the spot..." he said that actually bothering him a bit the worry in his eyes quite clear.
"What is your name Miss Captain?" asked the Espada. "I have given you all mine I believe."

Captain Hana nodded as she was already prepared to give his zanpaktou to him when he left. "You are welcome. I have been a captain for a good long time, but I am positive that you speak of captains before me. But my name, I suppose it would be rude not to return with a name. I am Captain Hana of squad four."
Hana gave a faint smile just to be nice as it quickly faded away. "So what do you wish to talk to us about?"

"The Shinigami from before didn't tell out my Deal?" asked Deathsye with a surprised tone, "I guess I shouldn't be surprised with how that one acted." he added refering to Kira.
"But my offer is very simple... All I want for my Maji is the ability to roam the world of the living and the soul society with out hassle from you and for you to protect us from the rest of the Espada. We alone can not take them on the ones that are left are all stronger then I am." said the former Forth Espada before adding, "And in return I will offer my Palace Hamunaptra as a base for your Shinigami to strike the Hollows to at least thin their numbers. That would make your world and the world of the living safer. What I ask isn't unreasonable."
The black clad man then looked down and said softly, "I am only trying to defend those who hate what they were... Those that hate that feral hunger that drive them to devour souls... Arrancar should be better then that!"
After he had explained the deal Siniku showed up in a instant, "So... Thats the Espada?" he asked tilting his head, "Those are some weird cloths..."

"I have an Idea that might make us feel safer about this deal." Said a voice from about twenty feel behind the former Espada, it was the Captain of Squad Six, Akuma Soshi. He had his dual zanpaktou at both of his sides and his hands in his pockets. He had not been seen for a long time, but now decided to stop being so lazy and partake in what is going on. "In addition to your deal, one of the Vice Captains is to be with you or any of your Arrancar while in the Soul Society. If there Reiatsu vanishes you will be hunted down. While you are in the world of the living a Shinigami from my squad will be watching you and your Arrancar. If I don't hear from him or her every half an hour or so I will hunt you down personally. I think that's fair don't you?"

Captain Hana slowly looked at captain Soshi's direction as she listened, "We must keep peace between the two societies. Trust is a key needed to mantain the peace. Though your idea sounds reasonable, captain Soshi, we do not have time to keep track of every 'maji' that roams the soul society. This is the reason why they came to ask us for permission in an agreement."
Hana drew her zanpaktou as she released it's shikai form. Needles surrounded the area as she held the hilt in her left hand. She approached Deathsye as she grabbed his hands that were behins his back. She signaled him to stand as she nodded to the gate keeper. "This will have to do as restraint. The other captains should be done in the prison by now. Once we arrive there, I will place you in a cell then release Ammut." Every step they took was marked and the needles continued to change positions to, if needed, hit Deathsye and not Hana. "Trust is the key to peace. Trust me, and I will go with this agreement."

"Captain Hana is right. Trust is needed in a situation like this. I have trusted much since I've come here and I will trust the Shinigami to do what is right... Though I hope your Central 46 hears to reason like you have." said Deathsye as he looked around at the needles that surrounded him then nodded to Hana.
"Please Lead the way. I am sure Ammut will be over joyed to see me." he said following Hana, "You will have to lead the way to your Prison. I unfortunately do not know where it is at."
Siniku was just perched ontop of the gate watching Hana and Deathsye interact, "Don't worry Hana. I got your back. If anything goes haywire i'll get you out in a flash." he said chuckling

Captain Hana was in silence as she was well aware that not all captains would agree to this. "Every captain is different and have different outlooks on the situation. Some captains do not get along; which is why they remain in different squads. This will be difficult to get most of the captains to agree to have a majority vote. But I believe everything will turn out well in the end."
She turned to look up at Siniku with a smile, "I am counting on you. Days in the clinic have done no good for me."
With that, they headed to the jail.
