If you're having problems with anything guild related or if you have any suggestions on how it can be improved, please post them here. Thank you! Also, the mod requirements are posted in the guild news thread, but here they are again: Quote: The guild council is in search of additional moderators. If you've read the rules, you know that only council can appoint the moderators. We hope to add more moderators so if you're interested do your best to show how good a mod you would be. Some of the qualifications we're looking for include: 1.) Availability: Members who frequent the guild are valuable in that they are able to monitor activity. 2.) Punctuation/Grammar: No slang, funky typing, chatspeak. We'd like to have moderators who are mature and literate. We're not asking for spelling bee champions, but just have decent grammar skills. 3.) Enthusiasm: Good participation, willingness to talk to other members, and an all around likable personality. At least enjoy the guild you're participating in! 4.) Trustworthy: Moderators have the ability to edit, delete, and lock threads as well as ban other members. We'd like someone who wouldn't abuse their privileges. 5.) Common Sense: At least have the ability to know when a thread is a repeat or just does not belong in this forum. If worse comes to worse, there is a questions and suggestions thread. All moderators should check that thread to address any member questions and problems. There is a change in that you can request but only in this thread.

But shouldn't the other 3 members have their respective threads?

Hi, I started a Kyo thread because I like Kyo and likewise for CJ and Die. You can start your threads for the other band members, especially if you're a big fan of them. 3nodding

I'll get back to you on that. I'm leaning towards 'Yes', but I'm worried about the repercussions, such as everyone wanting to create a Dir en grey related chatter thread.

Hm... can't that go in the existing chatter thread? sweatdrop I mean, a thread about the kids you want to have with Kyo ( xd ) wouldn't have a lot of substance and it would probably end up being a chatter thread after you're done discussing whatever it is you're planning on making the thread on.
Maybe we can have an off-topic chatter thread and a sort of fangirlish rants thread where all of you can squeal and fantasize. biggrin
Sorry for the scarce participation xmkatx, my internet is really crapping out on me. It's taking like 3 minutes to load each Gaia page.

Nalfein, that's fine. Gaia's been really hateful to me.. loading up blank pages and such. stressed
You're right about it turning into chatter, but I'm looking at it as RP. Maybe we can have those who want to RP designate their threads with [RP] and let them go nuts with their chatter there.
The chatterbox I made was for random things like what happens in the 'post your pictures' thread. There's no structured discussion there, no 'real topic' that we focus on.

Nalfein So would we have multiple RP threads or just one big one? If Gaia loads one more blank page I'll go berserk. If we let them go with the RP thread, we'll most likely end up having multiple. This could get really messy. I mean, I expect the guild will end up having a lot of pages and if an RP dies, it dies. Well, I do know that we'll probably end up needing a FAQ thread but will we need a directory? gonk scream to the blank pages! They're my biggest annoyances so far!
