Okay, every video game has glitches, and ME is no exception. Let's talk about the annoying ones and the hilarious ones~
I haven't had ANY glitches until today, but it's hilarious and you might be able to do it if you time everything right..
Well, I was fighting Benezia's asari, and one of them knocked me down just before another little cut scene started. So after the cut scene, my character was laying down and I couldn't move or do anything. That was annoying, and I went away for a few minutes.
When I came back, I found my character's body was STRETCHING. She was like mr fantastic, slowly stretching while laying down. rofl

lol We don't count into that the "easy money easy paragon etc" so called "glitches? (Come on, they have the exact same kind of thing in Dragon Age Origins...if by now anyone still believe they are glitch, the "buyback and sell at the same time, etc...lol)
Yeah, "spell" effects often causes funny glitches...
And, bad glitch...err...the mako? lol
Funny glitch, I had Liara pop in during the convo with the matriach...when she wasn't in my party, she had her whole convo with her mother...(My team was Ashley and Rex...lol) Same fight, any undead Inari commando may still be running around DURING the cutscene...I've seen this too...

On youtube I saw this weird video of a glitch that gets you on top of the Normandy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=er-WKED8yAkAlso, one time I was playing through Me1 again when during the part at Eden Prime with the beacon. Kaidan just DISAPPEARED! there was a voice from nowhere saying "This is amazing!Actual working prothean technology!" (or whatever he says). Then Shep jumped up, grabbed and pushed nothing out of the beacons pull. Quite entertaining.

I had something like that happen when I did my last playthrough of Mass Effect, 'cept it was Ash that disappeared.

In ME2 I ran into a pretty annoying glitch. I was doing one of those optional side missions that you can pick up when scanning certain planets. It was some mission I had to activate all these beacons and those exploding insect creatures are everywhere, can't remember. Anyway somehow I ended up running on top of some of terrain you're not supposed to be able to walk on and suddenly Shepard started running in mid air and I couldn't get back down haha. Thane and Kasumi were getting slaughtered down below. I concluded I had to restart.

I was playing though the mission to pick up Thane, and just prior to where the gun-ship shows up to attack you on the tower, I went to bash one of those smash-able covers that litter that area, well I succeeded in smashing the crate, but somehow it also sprinted into cover behind that crate and I was stuck in place, could not move, nothing, had to re-load a save.

I had a similar floating experience in ME2 and had to load an autosave. Luckily, the game autosaves so frequently!

Yeah good thing for those autosaves, I save quite frequently but sometimes I am pretty far between each save.

I wish Garrus had been on my party so he could say something about reach and flexibility sad

I hated that glitch! The first time I played through Mass Effect 1 I never ran into a single glitch, but for the rest of my characters I hit pretty much every ME1 glitch through the whole game. From not being able to interact with doors or NPC and having to restart from a save.. to laying down and letting Benezia have her way with me.

There was one glitch that I LOVED in ME1. On the mission where you recruit Liara I managed to get the mako through to the colossus fight. That was the easiest boss fight ever lol. It made the mission go by faster too. (:
