I know this will be and issue to do... but i think i can help make it work.
Nothing but a dieaster to bring together the students of Ria high.
It won't destroy the school or anything but you will be able to feel the effects everywere.
Meaning stuff will rattle and question will be asked.
And if you really wanted to... you know the lizard planet? Make it get close to earth ( or wherever Ria high is) and you can feel its gravity on the planet. what better way to Make that planet apart of the Rp... not just for the event.
Please tell me what you think of it.

I think Kurai said he was planning on using some of the places on Kasyune for every day use...I'm just not sure how, or what he is exactly planning on doing that.

We've had big bad monsters show up in the past that required students to come together to defeat it. I liked those kinds of things but I don't know if we have the people to set that up again. As for using an earthquake to do that instead, I'm not sure what would really come of it except a few posts about it and then it would go out of peoples minds. Unless you want the earthquake to be a precursor to a big bad monster?

Hmm maybe there can be.
Again if I do that it can be very compicated to make a monster appear. but you never know... earth quakes can create a pit to the unknown.
Good idea Scytheress

Bringing students together to defeat this monster? Here I thought my character was alone in considering to help the monster, if he liked the monster in any case.
But I think a more calculating foe would be more dangerous instead of a lumbering giant.
Maybe the earthquake is the side effect of a massive ritual that, for example, sought to bring the remains of the dead in a forgotten battlefield back to life?
Maybe this new enemy saw Ria as its biggest threat and sought to eliminate it with a sudden Blitzkrieg. You know, an army of undead and demonic creatures burst through the gates and people start to rally either with the defending forces or maybe even the opponents.
You'd fight your way through the horde, defeat the 'lieutenants' and face the big, bad sorcerer at the end.
