"Drake seems rather popular of late." Aden said to himself as he headed outside to wait at the gate so he could let the new visitor in. Let's see... now this was interesting, wasn't it? The boy that was coming in today shared the DNA of the Patience angel that had gone missing some time ago. He was rather interested to see what this kid looked like as a result since he was the first one of his type he'd be meeting with.
The moment he crossed the thresh hold between the Labs and the outside he was already lighting up a cigarette, indulging in his bad habit as he awaited Cody's arrival.

Cody couldn't believe it. He was going, for what seemed like the hundredth time, to the facility. This time, however, there wasn't some class he was taking. This time, he was meeting the demon of Greed, the other half to his DNA.
His mother had said he had met with his other DNA half only a couple weeks prior to his abrupt growth, but for the life of him he couldn't remember much of it, other than what the angel looked like and his name. Wings folded tightly against his back and wearing what looked like a thin jacket despite the cold, the spawn wandered up to the gates to the facility, looking fairly irritated to be back.
Cody paused as he noticed a tech standing next to the gates, frowning slightly. "I assume you're waiting for me?" he asked, shoving his hands into the pockets on his jacket. Instantly, his eyes went to searching the male for some sort of item of value, wondering if he could possibly steal it to make the long trip worthwhile.

Aden gave a nod of his head as he moved forward to open up the gate for Cody so he could come inside, "That I am." He said with a smile, "My name is Aden and I am going to be your escort to meeting with the demon called Drake."
He waited for Cody to come into the gate before he closed it and locked it again after him, "As per usual with visits with him I need to warn you that you will want to leave anything important to you or anything possibly worth anything outside the door when we visit or it might be lost. Drake has sticky hands."

"I figured as much. There isn't much I have that is of worth other than my feathers and clothes," Cody replied, his hand gently touching the feathers that were woven in with his hair. As the pair walked up to the building, the boy suddenly remembered the vague promise he had made with Hyacinth when they had met on the street not too long ago.
"If possible, after the meeting could I look in on the gardens? I... Made a promise with someone that I wish to keep," the boy requested, unsure of whether mentioning Hyacinth would be a good idea. After all, the angel HAD fallen and left the facility. It was strange, though, that through that hazy fog surrounding his mind that he could remember that simple promise he had made and not much else from the meeting.

"Smart planning on your part." He said as he led the way to where the demon area was located. He glanced over at the boy, looking him over before nodding. He didn't think he had anything that Drake would think to take... he hoped.
Aden tilted his head to the side, "You want to visit the gardens? Sure, I don't see why not." He said, thinking about that area. The only one that had really paid it much attention of late was Anani from time to time and one of the techs named Taavi as well when he wasn't busy with his normal work.

Cody just shrugged, not really seeing as smart planning. He just never walked around with his treasure as it seemed to be safest not on his person, but hidden away in his room. At least there he could lock it up or hide pieces in various places in the house where no one else would find it.
"What's Drake like, anyways? And what exactly do you do here anyways? You don't act like the usual techs," the spawn asked, finding his friendly-ness the exact opposite of all the other techs he had run across over the past several months.

"Drake is... the epitome of what Greed can be, he is a greedy, thieving sort. He will probably end up 'claiming' you so you might want to be careful." He looked Cody over closely then smiled, "You don't seem as though your are carrying anything expensive on you? So you aren't in danger of him trying to steal from you... though he does have a tendency of stealing mundane things as well. If you have anything with you that you wish to keep I would suggest you leave it outside the door."
Aden's lips spread into a smile, "I thank you for seeing that I am more then a normal tech, that is good of you." He murmured, seeming to be in a pleased mood over the fact that Cody didn't lump him in with them, "As to what I do here, I am a Doctor. Not a scientist, I don't do experiments, I just patch people up, help when they are sick, I even helped to deliver a baby spawn." He sounded as though he rather loved his job here, his tone had pride sound in it.

So, he wasn't the only one that claimed people as his and his alone. Granted, Drake was probably a tad less possessive than he was of Edes. "I can handle being claimed and like I said earlier, I don't have much other than my clothes," he replied and suddenly remembered something. He WAS wearing something that he wouldn't want to be stolen; the ribbon necklace that contained feathers from Edes' wings. Crap... And to hell he would take it off. They'd have to fight him to get it off.
"A... doctor? They actually have doctors here?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. So the owner DID care enough to get an actual doctor. "Wait-there's been babies here?" he continued, the information finally being processed. Although, the fact that he didn't do experiments of any kind definitely put him in his good books.
