For the first time in a while, Shin was away from the Kousetsu Tribelands. Actually, he wasn't sure if he had ever been anywhere else. It didn't make much of a difference; snow still covered the forest floor. Spring and autumn within the tribe was like winter everywhere else, so he didn't feel the cold or mind the snowfall as he travelled along a half-frozen river. He was heading towards a lake, barely visible in the distance.
Shin closed in on it quickly enough, and soon the baren forest opened up to the lake and the surrounding shores. It reminded the fox of home. It was a large enough body of water, mostly frozen with a few pools of liquid. He wandered over to the nearest one, a few steps onto the ice, and bent down to take a sip.

Tenshi was walking through a snow covered forest with nothing impoticular going on. She had to decided to leave her group of friends to clear her head. Everyone seemed to be having problems and she needed time to her self to think. What better way than to wander off by her self in the snow? There couldnt be a better way. She loved how the ice shined when the light hit it. It gave it a life of its own in a way.

Since he didn't have any specific plans at the moment, Shin remained on the ice, skating around aimlessly. It's typically a difficult feat, but the majority of the Kousetsu Tribe have mastered the skill. They had to, since most of the water is found near the center of the lake. The fox continued to skate circles around the patches of water.

Tenshi final came upon a frozen lake and admird its beauty before she noticed a male fox skatting around out on the ice. She thought him a bit crazy cause at any second the ice could give out and he would fall into the freezing water but she sat at the edge of the lake watching him with intrest.

Shin continued once more around the lake, not paying attention to his surroundings. He finally noticed the white and blue vixen watching from the snow. He skated toward her slowly, wondering if the blue aura surrounding her was his imagination. "Hello," Shin greeted her politely as he approached. So far the blue light seemed real.

Tenshi bowed her head to him with a small smile "Hello there good Sir." she said with a heavenly voice. She smiled very kindly toward him as he approached her. Did he think she would attack him? She wounderd, which she thought was a silly idea she had never attacked anything in her life.

Shin bowed his head in response. The vixen was quite courteous, and he was obligated to be the same. "Do you live around here?" Shin began the conversation. He couldn't really think of anything else to say at the moment.

Tenshi looked around before shaking her head no. "No, I don't live anywhere near here. I have never seen snow till today though some friends of mine have talked about it and said it was amazing."She smiled sweetly at him"Do you leave close by?"

Shin also shook his head in response. "It's very similar to my home, but not very close to it," he replied. "It's only similar because of the winter season, though. At any other time of the year I'm sure this clearing is warm and full of life." Shin smiled at the comment about the snow. "You're friends have good taste. Have you formed an opinion on this winter wonder yet?"

Shin listened, then nodded understandingly. "I can imagine it being too much for foxes who are accustomed to having four seasons," he replied with a small smile. "Yes, though. There is a constant blanket of snow covering the grounds."

Shin simply shrugged. "How do you stand being in the hot sun in the summertime?" He countered, a small smile on his face to indicate that he was only joking. "I'm just used to it. I was born there, in the middle of a blizzard, on top of that."

"I stick around rivers and lakes in the summer time that has shade to hide in if it gets to hot."Tenshi stated simply. "You were born in a blizzard that seems a bit insane to me."she said in total shock. Her tail swished behind her slightly bumping the male. "You know I still dont know your name. What would your name be?"
