Character's Name: Sǐwáng Yuki
◊
Gender: Female
◊
Age: 1,571 years. Appears to be in her early twenties.
◊
Race/Species: Human Immortal
◊
Personality: Yuki is a quiet individual, calm and composed. She is referred to as an ice queen, though her temper is as changing as the sea itself, going from calm and quiet to raging and ferocious on a whim, though she works to keep this under iron-fisted control, knowing that her sudden uncontrollable bursts of temper could very well be her greatest weakness.
◊
Appearance: Yuki is a woman of sleight build, standing approximately five feet, three inches tall. Her hair is a startling white, except where it frames her face, where it is a striking bluish white, though she claims to have never dyed it. Her narrow eyes are a piercing silver, and usually kept half-closed, as if she rarely finds it necessary to give anyone her fullest attention. Her choice of clothing is a mixture of various lands she traveled during the course of her life, and typically in colors one might associate with the sea. Aside from her unique eyes, she has no exceptionally outstanding physical features, though she is what some would consider beautiful, as a snowflake is beautiful. Cold, delicate, fragile, but never to be touched, lest they fade away.

Background Story: The woman called Sǐwáng Yuki was originally born Touketsu En'you, during the year 438 AD, in the Kofun period of ancient Japan, to a Gōzoku (prominent or well-off clan) in Kyūshū during the time of the Yamato court. While the life of En'you consisted of all that would be expected of a noble woman of that time period, the events of her life would not take a turn until well into her tenth year, when it was declared that she was a prophetic child, blessed by the Suijin, one of the Kami of Water.
This was believed to be confirmed when the child was later sacrificed to the Kami to bring rain to her local village after much drought. After the sacrifice, the rain began, and the child rose and was set upon the top of the water, unharmed and whole, by the Kami himself, from the very place in the sea where she had been cast. She walked from the sea, back to the shore, stepping lightly upon the waves themselves. She was only twelve years old at the time. It was then that she began something very unconventional for noble women of the time, learning the arts of war alongside her brothers, to defend herself, and protect the Shrine of the Kami in their village, something that the elders of her clan believed to be her destiny.
Several years later, in 458 AD, at the age of twenty, granted the chance to age past her early youth solely because of her social standing, she was betrothed and married to a man of another clan. Her marriage to him was short lived however, as that same night both she and her husband were murdered before they were able to consummate their union. What happened next was unexpected. Whether by the grace of the Kami, or the blessing of something unnatural, En'you rose in the wake of the violence that had been committed, her black hair now a stark white, and garbed herself anew in the garments of the Kami's bride, garments she had carefully tended during her life, changing each year as she aged and grew. Vowing to regain her honor by avenging their deaths, she disappeared into the night to begin her hunt. Rumor spread through the village that Suijin had come to claim her as his bride.
While her next year was spent both expanding her knowledge of the world, and pursuing the man who had slaughtered her family, finding the cause of her suffering was the most decisive blow. The man who had lain waste to her family and her husband was none other than Sǐwáng Yín, an strange sorcerer who had been guests of her family mere weeks prior to the tragedy of their deaths.
It was with great ferocity that the two fought, and eventually they came to a dead standstill. Neither was willing to give, and eventually both departed. They would come together again and again over the course of the next year, until the anniversary of their first meeting once more came. Yín, in an action that was wholly unexpected, proposed to En'you. While her emotions were mixed and quite violent over the most recent development, she eventually surrendered and allowed herself to be wed to Yín. She took the name Yuki, in honor of the snow that fell on the day she allowed herself to lay the memories of her husband to rest, and has not since looked back.

Job/Occupation: Yuki is the head of the Intelligence Division of the Silver Wind Corporation, and answers only to Yín in matters of business. Her many years of training and traveling have given her a distinct edge when it comes to her particular position in the company. She can move freely throughout the world thanks to her unique abilities.
◊
How does your character know about the Crisis?- It's her job to know, quite literally. As the head of the intelligence division, she has been attempting to sniff out anything that would bring the current events fully to light.
◊
Siding: As any good wife would, Yuki goes where Yin goes. While her own personal ideals are unknown to anyone except Yin himself, she finds that cooperation is typically the key to gaining what one wants. She is actually quite selfish in the grand scheme of things, looking only to further her own goals, and usually, the goals of Yin, in the process.

Powers/Abilities: As an Earthly Immortal, Yuki has a number of different abilities. She is in possession of all the default abilities that Immortals have. She can walk on clouds, leap great distances and land without harm, and has greatly enhanced physical strength, endurance and agility. Yuki's unique powers are over one of the elements, her personal element being Water/Ice. She is able to control water, all water, in great degrees. From pulling moisture from the air itself, to using the water to manipulate people and their bodies, even summoning great storms of rain, snow or hail, water elementals, or drawing the water from the bodies of others, leaving them a dry and withered husk.
Yuki has the unique ability to transform herself into living water, traversing long distances in this liquid form. With extra effort, she can also form her body into mist, traveling in similar fashion, upon the wind. So long as her body remains undivided, she can always pull herself back together. As such, she can also use water to see over long distances, a form of divination, and move into water to travel, stepping into one body, and out of another body of water.
Most immortals have enhanced capabilities, but one always stands out above the others. Yuki, while not in possession of the speed of Yin, or the strength of Ku, she is incredibly agile, more-so than either of them, fighting not with conventional weapons, but with heavily weighted sleeves, and the striking of pressure points on the body.
◊
Weaknesses: Immortals have no specific weaknesses per se, and they cannot be truly killed, save by specifically prepared weapons and items designed via strange processes and alchemy by those who know the immortal state. If anything, Yuki's only real weakness is that she can be injured the same as any human, and she can grow tired. Inevitably, while her endurance is superhuman, it is not limitless, and even an immortal comes to a point where she cannot fight further. Yuki does not need to eat or breathe, but if placed in an airless chamber, she will not be able to use her water powers, save for the water she draws from her own self. If Yuki takes what would be a fatal injury to a normal person, she instead falls unconscious, and must recover over a period of hours or days depending on the severity of the injury.
Yuki has no specific weakness in terms of people, except her love, however disguised it may be, for Yin. As Yuki's element is a true Taoist element, it has an elemental weakness, that being primarily Earth, and to a lesser degree, Wood. However, Yuki has great power over the elements of Fire and Metal, as they are weak to her element.
◊
Gear: Yuki has an Urn, appropriately named Hateshinai Issui [Endless Current of Water]. This weapon is not exactly what one would consider a conventional weapon in the literal sense. While En'you doesn't actually use a literal weapon in the sense of a stabbing, piercing or even bludgeoning weapon, her ability to use water, and shape it into ice lets her use any number of weapons if and when necessary. Even water itself can pierce the body. This water she manipulates is contained inside Hateshinai Issui, the urn that remains strapped to her body over her shoulder.
Typical of an Immortal's weapon, it also only acknowledges Yuki, and will return to her hand if she summons it, even if it is in the hand of another; if it is held or confined, it will disperse into mist and return to her thus. Since the weapon is less the urn and more the water inside it, this water can easily be concealed within Yuki's body, only to be withdrawn later, if necessary. Despite the unique type of weapon, Yuki's water can even pierce through flesh, if so directed. If Yuki allows someone to wield the urn, it will let them hold it, and manipulate the water as she does, albeit on a lesser scale, until she recalls it once more.
