well, just cuz the captain is viet, doesnt mean everyone else in the guild has to. one of the vice captains is filipino, i think (im talking bout u, Setsuna01) so yea.... any asian is allowed, like viet, filipino, cambodian, chinese, korean, thai, and if i remember correctly, there's even an indian person in this guild....
