Looking through the papers that he got recently, Kayto read aloud the combination of spawn, "Lust and Kindness? Hmph... This combination makes me wonder if the child is willing..." Leaping from one of the wooden pedestals in his indoor spring, he walked over to his desk, and placed the clipboard on it. He waited for the spawn.

Ebony arrived after a while, wearing a pair of old jeans and a turtleneck. She intended to be warm and dressed to do some work, since she had a melee class. Anyway, this is how she dressed when her mother had started her out on these classes.

Kayto turned and saw the purple-skinned girl. "I believe you are the one called Ebony? If so..." The man walked up to her, rather than showing off his gymnastic skills, and placed his hand on his hip, "Then what weapon or style do you want to take?"

Ebby stared at him - or did so as well as she could without the open eyes and all. "Erm........yes, yes I'm Ebony. But what do you mean? I don't know what you have to offer, how do you expect me to know what to pick right off the bat?"

Kayto tilted his head to one side, and looked at Ebony, "Well, is there a specific type of weapon you want to try out, or style? Maybe one you think you'll be good at?" He calmed his voice a little bit more. "You've seen shows that contain a specific genre or weapons of martial arts, right?" Kayto went over to his weapons container.

"No, no I haven't. I don't really like shows like that and I don't know what styles there are." Ebony repeated. "The only fighting I know is a bit of defense from my Mom but as I said, I already learned it."

Kayto grumped, and his eyes narrowed to Ebony, as he looked up and down her, "Fine... I'll choose... You seem to be the type of girl who would do well with Tai Chi. It's the style where you use your opponent's weight against themselves." Kayto briefly demonstrated with an invisible opponent, very slowly. "It, also, coordinates with the waves on the beach. If you try Tai Chi while in the waves, you would get that."

"Isn't Tai Chi rather meditative?" Ebby inquired, following his poses with her unseen eyes for a few moments before trying to repeat, slowly and gracefully. It was like dancing really. "I've heard a bit about it here and there. Or maybe I'm mixing things up."

((I have no idea about Tai Chi, but I'm going to try my best... xD I've seen people do it, and it is truly like Kayto said, like the waves.))
Kayto sighed, "Well, it is basically part of meditating, but it is a true martial art." He said as he slowly began to show her a form that he knows from Tai Chi. Kayto's body was flowing slowly, and his eyes were closed as if he knew it well. It truly looked like he was dancing, but, he also looked like he was slowly and calmly taking down an invisible opponent. After he finished, he looked back at the child, and smiled, "Would you care to take a try, or would you like another style?"

"No that seems fine." the purple skinned teen assured him, mimicing his movements carefully. It took a few tries to get them right, but dancing was something the teen was good at. Using dance to fight just required a bit of alteration to her form.
