The following is a list of creatures that you may or may not encounter during your travels across Revres. With the dimensional rift to the Fade open, many such creatures will come flying out at random times. Below is a list of these creatures with their appearances and abilities. You are able to find this list in any computer on your person that links to the Mercenary League's central mainframe, or by calling Archive back on base. The information was taken directly from the library in Beyon's Imperial City. You can click on the thumbnails for a larger picture.

User ImageCockatrice
Appearance: Combination dragon, eagle, and lizard.
Source: Tome of Mythical Air Beasts
Abilities/Behaviors: This creature is highly intelligent and fierce in combat. It is able to fly at incredible speeds and at incredible altitudes. Its tail is powerful enough to smash through stone several feet thick, and its beak could drill though nearly anything. And as if that weren't enough, the volatile breath of a cockatrice can cause a person to age rapidly, and if one is unlucky enough to be scratched by its talons, they will be turned to stone permanently.
The Cockatrice hates humans and other sentient beings, and will attack without warning, with no regard to provocation or vulnerability of the target.

Dragon, Frost
Appearance: Large bipedal winged lizard.
Source: Dragons for Dummies
Abilities/Behaviors: This creature, sometimes referred to as a Western Dragon (because myths tend to change depending on where you are in Revres), is the slower but more powerful of the two types of dragons. The Frost Dragon is able to fly, but not as quickly or at as great altitude as its brother, the Green Dragon. It is, however, much better at movement on land, as well as in the water. This dragon was known in ancient days to freeze lakes and rivers in an attempt to disrupt the water supply of humans. Also, it has a nasty habit of freezing its enemies and then slamming them hard with its tail, shattering them and causing instant death.
Frost Dragons aren't known for attacking without provocation, though some have been said to attack humans when they get particularly hungry, and there is no other food source around.

User ImageDragon, Green
Appearance: A winged serpent.
Source: Dragons for Dummies
Abilities/Behaviors: This "Eastern Dragon" is the faster, but less powerful of the two dragons. It is the more traditionally-associated dragon in myth, and is the one known to breathe fire. It is the most aggressive of all the beasts, attacking without provocation, and being very quick to anger. Their speed makes them unmatched by other creatures, and their ferocity more than makes up for their lack of power. Though many have tried, mounting a Green Dragon is not the best idea.
To a Green Dragon, anything that moves is either food, an enemy, or both.

User Image
Enfield
Appearance: The head of a fox, the chest of a greyhound, the body of a lion, the hindquarters and tail of a wolf, and forelegs like an eagle's talons.
Source: Nature Mix n' Match
Abilities/Behaviors: While not capable of flight like many of the creatures in this guide, this beast is no less frightening. Its teeth are tougher than steel, and its fur is equally defensible. It can move swiftly, streamlined, and is capable of quickly navigating both on land and in the water. It is also capable of swimming for up to ten minutes while holding its breath. It is highly intelligent and hunts in packs, capable of coming up with significantly complex strategies in hunting. It is also one of few mythical creatures capable of understanding and responding to human speech. Its memory is also impressive, lasting for years. Overall, it is this creature's intelligence, not its raw power, that makes it a fierce contender and a creature to fear.
While this creature generally has little reason to attack anything but prey, it can be lured by spirits in the Fade to believe that humans and other sentients are its primary food source. It won't stop pursuit until it has a meal.

The following is a guide of the most common demons found helping the Dark God in the Fade. This reference Guide was thrown together by Xeg from all sorts of Obscure References, and he managed to send it to the League Before he entered the fade himself. Use it Wisely.

Daemuxxtros: Demons of the Infernal Abyss

User Image
Illikin: the smallest of the common demons, and one of the least dangerous. They stand around three and a half to four and a half feet tall. Most of them are in various shades of red, with small horns and a thick skull. They have sentience to the point where they can formulate simple plans and learn from mistakes. They enjoy the pain of others, even their own kind. The vast majority use daggers as a weapon, and leap down on their opponent, attempting to catch them unawares. Some, however, have the ability to shoot and throw fireballs.

User ImageOrrikon:
The most common of all the common demons, the Orrikon stand about the size of the average human, although their proportions are a bit different. They are very muscular, and use axes or swords to hack apart their foes. They don't tire easy, and will not stop attacking an enemy until it is killed. They come in various shades of green. Some Orrikons have a genetic defect of some kind where they grow a third arm out of their back, which allows them to hold an extra sword or shield. This race of demons has no magical inclination, although their intelligince is about the same as their smaller cousin the Illikin. Despite the picture at the right, the Orrikon do not use guns of any sort

User Image Rakkirrik: The Rakkirrik is a slightly less common demon, that dwarfs all of it's cousins. Standing anywhere from 10-14 feet, it towers over humans as it attempts to crush them with anything it can find. It's skin comes in various shades of muddy brown. They are also some of the stupidest demons in the abyss, used as literal living walls because of their pain tolerance. When they aren't being tolled to squish humans, they are usually made to carry, push, or pull heavy things.

User Image
Naxxdaerus: A rather rarer spawn of the abyss is the Naxxdaerus, a spider-lord. The seem to have a mostly human torso, that grows into the body of a spider. It's mouth transforms, however, into a snarling venomous slit filled with teeth. They appear in various shades of dark grey and purple, and the upper torso's hair is usually black. six of the eight legs are used as such, for walking on ground, walls, and giant webs; but the other two are used as weapons, the pincers on the arms being used to spear people. the Naxxdaerus do have the capability to spin webs, which are usually massive and must usually be burned to get rid of them; as most swords cannot cut through. The Naxxdaerus has two types of venom; the first paralyzes it's opponent, allowing it to drag it back to it's lair if need be. The second is a venom that kills the victim within minutes, liquifying most of it within a web cocoon.

Legendary Monsters attacking Revres
A comprehensive list of the strongest creatures found attacking the continent

WARNING: Extremely dangerous, do not face alone!

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.Terixxdarrick: The strongest known demon of the Fade, the Terixxdarrick is extremely rare, basically a General of demon armies. Standing at seven feet, they are extremely skilled in magic, and carry a long, heavy sword in one hand. They have the capability of flight from two long bat wings in their back, which when folded cannot be distinguished from the rest of the body. They are intelligent, more so than humans, and have the ability to speak English. They usually refrain from doing so, though, unless they are attempting to taunt or demoralize their enemy.
