I've noticed that sometimes when I'm on my period, usually when it first starts, that my legs feel weak and throb in pain. I use to never have this along with cramps, and I know that symptoms change through out time, but I just want to know if it is normal to have this? And if it isn't, what can I do to help it because pain killers do not help

I'd imagine that the weakness could be from not getting enough fluid or nutrients. Don't forget that your period can take a lot out of you in terms of fluids and nutrients. So we have to make sure to put that stuff back in our body. That might mean eating a little more, eating healthier, or taking a vitamin before and during your period. But I'm not sure if the throbbing pain is normal.
I'd recommend drinking a lot of water, taking a vitamin, eating healthy foods, and maybe taking Midol the next time you're expecting and on your period. Then if that does not help, I'd recommend asking a doctor about it.

Thanks, I imagine that's probably it but I wasn't sure. I thought I would check here since I seem to get more answers than an actual doctor because the place I go to doesn't do s**t for anything
