About two years ago, I did this once with some of my characters, and a few npc's of Kiddo's, and one other player character (say hello to Risen again wink ). Both the character list and question list were MUCH shorter that time around. Since I enjoyed it so much I decided to try it again with two other DB regulars and their characters. Enjoy!

1. Matilda Isley – female, human. Age 49. During the day, Matilda is a merchant and widow after the death of her husband in the city guard. During the night she is Lady Isley, woman who runs the neutral territory she's carved out for humans, vampires, hunters, fae, and others to make under-the-table trades and business that simply needs to be done. Many come to see the middle aged woman for the information that passes through her hands. But no matter what hourmark of the day, Isley is known for her uncanny card reading skills when there are questions that are too strange to be answered by any normal means...
2. Sondra - female, succubi. Appears age ??. Trouble. A succubus female and twin sister of Millie, these two were thrown out by their demon clan on the count they have a strong weakness for being twins. Sondra can only use her energy to defend and in her true form wears two tiny horns and looks like she is more built for offense. She likes to listen and tends to worry a lot about their masters De'Court and Clearon though she also likes to pick fun at everyone some way or another too. LOVES to toy with men.
3. Michel (Micheal) De'Court – male, vampire. Appears age ??. "The Gung Ho Smexy Emo Vampire " A very feminine looking fellow able to sew, paint, and dance. A child hood of tribulation as the blood man's son instead of milk man, his love as a child was to always care for his mother until she passed on. From there, what love remained was given to a shady man that opened his eyes when he was attacked by that same man later. Traveling led him to obtain a dragon egg which hatched, and the two then journeyed the roads together until a heated disagreement had his hatchling Dark yelling at him for being inconsiderate. Dark left refusing to come back until Micheal befriended a human. Under unusual circumstances Jay became that human, unlocking some door in Micheal who soon learned he couldn't let her go... though at one point he was forced to. The ranger had decided to leave him, and just before he could get her back, something happened to cut her presence of life from his senses. His mentality slipping, Micheal began to believe he could be godlike and find a way to bring the ranger back to life. His search was then interrupted by Raymon (as usual) to tell him that he wouldn't need to and that Jay was still alive...
4. Kamali – female, dragon/dead?. Appears age Youngling. A youngling dragon who was egg born as an apparition... somehow. Her egg had been picked up by Jay when other fellow dragon hunters failed to be able to touch her transparent egg. Not wanting to leave the egg to Yvette, Jay then left the egg with the ranger camp where it hatched and the newly born dragonet escaped into the world unnoticed.
With a sugary demeanor and an innocent personality, no one knows why or how it happened other than she is probably the most lively ghost around. The only thing that any one knows for certain is that the energy vampires think she is like nectar...
5. Volpone Darsind – male, human. Age 45. A seasoned ranger and mentor, Jay Galanmion being the latest and last of his handful of apprentices. Widowed after a bandit raid/attack that occurred on the town he lived in when on a return trip home, Volpone remains on the move and the road traveling in mostly the NorthCentral territories. On the outside, wisdom follows his experience. Volpone appears to consider all things at hand and yet make quick, tactical judgments. On the inside, being honorable has a price when one has to decide to support the good of some vs the good of many...
6. Bri`geet - female, human. Age 36. A mercenary raised in the deserts to the south and has come north to find work and learn more about the rest of the world. The founder of her nomadic tribe is rumored to be a former dragon bound and so her tribe holds great respect for dragons even though they are a rarity in the south. Bri`geet will do just about any job that pays as long as it doesn't have to do with harming dragons or going against her code of honor.
7. Allan Graybrook – male, vampire. Appears age 37. Born to a moderately well-to-do family before joining a merchant fleet while his younger half-brother joined the navy. A storm during his career sank the ship he crewed on as navigator, the captain and second in command saving him from the storm - but only after he was about to drown in the ocean. From that night on, Allan has been part of a new world whether he liked it or not, continuing to travel the world (land or sea) as a cartographer, astronomer, or navigator to those who don't know him better.
8. Tridya - female, human. Age 27. A sharp witted and open minded noble, Tridya has been watching over her small territory in the Borderlands since her husband vanished on a peace mission to another area. Tridya was born a commoner and so the people that live in her territory generally connect with her better then most nobles. She has a sense of justice and logic that she uses to rule in her husband's stead.
9. Callie - usually female, muse/unknown. Age Unknown. Made up entirely of wilde energy, Callie (one of the names she/he goes by) can appear to most in any form: male/female, animal, human, specter, old/young, etc. She is not limited by the physical world and is only limited by her imagination in her position as muse. It seems she has a preference for the color gold, being female, flirting, drawing on walls, and doing things that would get limbs chopped off. Commonly she will appear as a little girl or a shapely woman with orange/gold skin and orange/blond hair with eyes lacking pupils. In person she doesn't always seem all there. Either her attention is somewhere else, or her actions -good or bad- disregard those around her.
10. Fuere - female, dragon (fire element). Age 5. Fuere is passionate and spunky. Always ready to have fun and play around but also ready to help when needed. Sometimes she gets carried away though and gets herself and her human friend Jacob in trouble. Recently caused a small riot during The Fire Festival by lighting the cerimonial bonfire early.
11. Kiru - male, vampire. Appears age ??. Stealth and combat in arms were his best abilities until he met Micheal, his heart softened and gave into the boy when he wished for death. Kiru tried hard to hide from his past, honors of war that ranked him well, only be called out again where he fell to the darkness of the Vampire SilverFang. A master in stealth combat and manipulation tactics, this vampire is strong set on using Raymon to destroy what Micheal has now. First it was Dark before the threat then changed to Jay. Kiru, at one point, almost succeeded in killing all three by taking advantage of a vulnerable Dark who is bound to Micheal (two birds there) and the ranger willing to give her life to save one of them. It almost went too well until for some odd reason his new lackeys didn't step up. In the end, this vampire has a handicap of being one-armed on the count that Micheal ripped it off and Raymon burned it to ash.
12. Leon - male, vampire. Appears age ??. This fellow goes most commonly goes by the name 'Leo', but has gained the nickname 'Cole' from day one meeting Galanmion when Kiru (a dangerous vampire) endangered Dark and De'Court's undead lives. During his human years, Leon's was a preacher until giving up the church when everything -his wife and his kids- were taken from him. He searched to obtain a new life as a ranger to only fall into a false group and was Changed. Leon's sire is part of a hidden church that tries to play god and control vampires they feel need to be taken care of. Now a paladin of this hidden church, he was set to destroy Michel and Kiru, only to come a cross a distant relative late in his family line. Confused now for the safety of his family and by Michel's agreement to change his ways, his current mission has ground to a halt. As for Galanmion, the ranger amuses him though he is not on her good side.
Water.... he dislikes it. A lot. Allan helped him crossed the waters but if a vampire could vomit he would of.
13. Risen - male, Blessed Dragon. As a dragon, age adult. As a human, appears to be in his 30s. Eager to learn, he has yet to fully understand everything that the Blessed path allows him to do. He is still somewhat compassionate for those around him he is also aware of when he is allowed to step in and help them or not.
14. Millie - female, succubi. Appears age ??. Sensitive. A succubus female and twin sister of Millie. She thinks that she's the source of the problem in why her sister has tiny horns as she herself has [fill in blank]. She always thought it would be fun to head but things. Millie is more sleek of look and model-esque in her true form. Fast and agile she can only use her energy to attack and her defense isn't high at all. Millie also likes to listen, play dress up, and (if you can catch her doing it) sings beautifully. She dislikes what she is and all fighting in general but will if she has to. Also she loves playing love games in a special room with her sister.
15. Dark - male, dragon. Age ??. His egg was tainted by the touch of an vampire to only be marked later on in hatchling years to officially become a Tainted when De'Court and him became Bound by accident. Oh how ghost entities taste oh so good to him! He is pure white and has all vampire traits his sire De'Court carries. Both Dark and De'Court lack teachings about who they are and what they can do, but Dark seems to have a clearer mind as he ages. His favorite buddy was Jay's horse (though he threw out his back playing and almost got hit by one of Jay's arrows for 'threatening' her horse supposedly). Dark usually likes to stay out of site and out of mind for Micheal sake, but he does tend to get stir crazy and go splashing around in the falls at night.
16. Raymon (Roman) Clearon - male, vampire. Appears age 15. His fangs burn constantly for during the new life he kept scratching them with a flame lit finger nail to make a Roman numeral V. The date that 'they' found him. The date the burn of his rage was released against all the men that had done him and his mother wrong. This was the date he gained a new skill of rage that with a simple motion when pissed (which is majority of the time) the flames of hell are released and pain no longer concerns him for his fangs are that of a Vampire - and Clearon was trained to not back down. He is not good at evading traps or problems, in fact, he usually IS the problem. This red head stands out in the crowd with his unusal hair that stands on tip, and the bottom half is tied off into a waist length pony tail. Roman likes to wear gold and crosses, and the ones that he makes have no effect on him. He likes to think he is a ladies' man, but really he just wants to be laid. He does like someone, but he isn't sure if it's because his sire cares for her or or something else... aside from the fact that if De'Court found out he would be a dead smexy Vamp.
17. Jacob - Male, human. Age 17. Jacob was blinded in an apothecary accident 4 years ago, and since then he has been on his own until one dark Fall evening he was drawn to a light - Fuere's egg- and they have been together since. Jacob retains his knowledge from his apprenticeship at the apothecary, and while he can't see, he has honed his other senses to make up for it. Jacob is a chronic worrier.
18. Jay Galanmion – female, human Revenant. Appears age 26. Ranger with a concentrated temper. Dislikes dragons due to the dragons raids and for fear that they steal away a human's soul when binding someone. Was sent away from home to first study under an herbalist and then a ranger for her wanderlust and curiosity. After finishing training under Volpone, she became a dragon hunter for a time before retiring early from that line to return to being just a ranger. After getting mixed up in some vampire business, she got mixed up in business of Yvette's and was killed for it, eventually being returned to life by an entity called the Black Swan.
19. Domitia - female, dragon. Age 20s/Adult. Domitia is currently seeking a human to be bound to but hasn't found one that she feels comfortable with yet. Fairly easy going and tries to look on the bright side of things. Currently looking for the younglings that have been taken from her clan.

*looks at Kura* Would Roman even want to be a professor? <_< From what I've seen so far, Roman is impatient and Risen is not prone to getting himself into group situations. I am bias on this one ^^ Risen would most likely be the better teacher because, though it is true Raymon has lived longer, Risen does have access to the Blessed path and Sain.(dear gods I hope I spelled that right or I will get blasted) I am sure they would each be good at teaching certain things though. Risen doesn't really have any cooking experience and though he could find information on cooking through the Blessed path (what a mundane way to use it XD) knowledge of cooking and actually doing it are completely different razz . Well if Sondra likes messing with men I can only imagine what she would do to Jacob since he is a blind teenager XD But Fuere would probably not like that too much so I could see Sondra sending Fuere on some trivial but long task involving fire just to get rid of her so Sondra could mess with Jacob XD. Maybe tell Fuere that if she finds a certain few items it would cure Jacob's eyes or something? While Fuere might eventually find the items it is highly unlikely that they would actually do what the succubi had claimed. Roman would teach metal shop. How come I'm the only one that thinks of this? Really?
Risen teaches History. Though the Blessed Path is unstable in regards to the future, as Sain *grumble* once showed, the past is solid when formed and finished. 5. For some reason, 5 (Volpone) is looking for a roommate. Should he share a studio apartment with 14 (Millie) or with 8 (Tridya)?
6. 1 (Matilda), 9 (Callie), and 17 (Jacob) have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?

Around Isley and Jacob she would probably revert to her 12 year old girl form with short curled hair and probably start nosing around in Jacob's business. To keep Callie out of the public eye, Isley would either have dinner ready at her house or set up a picnic somewhere in the country and would keep an eye on Callie to make sure she didn't get into too much trouble. With Jacob she'd probably offer a reading and help him around (since he's blind).

*looks around* I don't wish to hurt Millie's feelings here, but it would probably be Tridya if pressed. It would be at Isley's house. She does EVERYTHING at her house so dinner would be there and would probably be something simple, but still filling. The discussion would definitely at least hit upon Isley's readings if she could pry one out of Jacob. Now I don't know Jacob well, but if he's blind, Callie (any age) would be playing upon his other senses like a fine tuned instrument. She just does that. Picks out that sore spot and wiggles her way in there when you least suspect it. I could see Callie singing like a siren trap and other such sensory... overload?

Fromt the discriptions given I would say that if either of them was to swear fealty to the other it would be Leon to Kiru but I really can't say why. It is just as likely they would kill each other. Maybe talk herbs with Matilda or ask her if she knows about the strange lady that he got an egg from. Not too sure how he would react to CAllie though.
