This is where empires can come together to settle disputes...or even start them. This will be a safe heaven for intelligent dialogue, no one must dare fight here. Here is where lords can declare war, form alliances, or call an audience with another lord.

THE DESERT MILITIA and THE DARK EMPIRE have just formed an alliance.
TERMS OF ALIGNMENT:
The Desert Militia will:
-Allow the Dark Empire free access to the rogue level creatures
-Discount prices on skilled and elite level creatures
The Dark Empire will:
-Fight alongside the Desert Militia in any battle they request their help in.

THE WATER/ICE EMPIRE would like to align with THE DESERT MILITIA.
SUGGESTED TERMS:
The Desert Militia will:
-Allow the Water/Ice to purchase Rouge level NPCs for free.
-Give Dicount prices to the Water/Ice empire on Sandrunner mods and models.
The Water/Ice Empire will:
Fight in any battles for the Desert Militia that they call them in on.
Why Should the Desert Militia accept these terms?
The Water/Ice empire has a impressive army, and a very nice airforce, but they also control one of, if not, the best Navy in the Oukokou Seken.

-The army seems decent but we already have protection from the Dark Empire. What do you have to offer us that they don't?
-Your OSWF seems to go against everything we stand for...

-Give Discount prices to the Water/Ice empire on Sandrunner mods and models. (-25%)

COMMENTS:
-We have battle ships that are superior to theres, and we also have a larger army. And why not have both? The Dark empire and the Water/Ice empire would make a fairly powerful duo.
-Who says the OSWF has to know about where are large amount of new troops come from? wink
-Hmmm, even if it is a loan, 3 million is quite a bit, may I ask what this is for, and how long will I have to wait for repayment?
-Besides the above question, I think that is quite a good deal.

I agree with these terms, as soon as you agree, a trasnaction will be made(( Kira minus 3 million Dagger plus 3 million))

-Allow free roam into each other's empire.
The Dark Empire will:
-Assist the new lord of Water/Ice in running his empire and getting stronger.
-Assist the Water/Ice lord in his alliances with the demons of the Oukoku Seken
-Do all in its power to help the Water/Ice Empire suffer the wrath of the High Priest
-Help the Water/Ice Empire bulid relations with the Sky Fortess and the Fire Empire.
The Water/Ice Empire will:
-NEVER give the Dark Empire any reason to suspect treason.
-Donate 500,000 shillings as a show of good faith that the Dark Empire can trust the Water/Ice Empire.

If you ask for a loan I won't make you pay interest, and vice versa. If you ask for a product my Empire produces, as long as the numbers are within reason, I won't charge you and vice versa.
