I want a cute layout rave style. I would like to

Hey hun, we're not allowed to bump a thread unless it's after 24 hrs of no activity.
And I would love ot help you make a layout, but I have never done one before, so I have no idea where to start.
Maybe Kuro-chan can help ya. I know she's done a few layouts 3nodding

Yes, please read the rules on posting if you haven't already.
As for profiles, I'm sorry to say but most people don't usually
do them for that cheap. But if you find one, then good luck.

Yes, usually the cheapest I do a profile for is 15k. At the least. 500k at the most. It depends what kind of customization you want. 15k will get you very basic stuff, 500k will get you.. anything you want. =3
Edit: Also.. Regardless of whether or not you use a profile you ordered from someone.. As in, if you preview it and don't like it, you're still expected to pay. If you don't it's considered scam and will be reported. 3nodding
