Hey! Welcome to my documentation of my weight loss: Goals; Start weight: 155 Current Weight: 148 Goal Weight: 110-120 I exersise nearly daily, I have a gym membership to a gym right by my apartment, so it's been a huge help. I also just got some Apple Cider Vinegar, which, if taken before a meal, is supposed to spead up your metabolism? I dunno, I'll let you know if it works. Wish me luck!

12/1 Food; Two Grande Non-Fat No-Whip Peppermint White Mocha's Few bites of fried rice shared with friends Two egg rolls All veggie sandwhich prepared at home [Containing Wheat Bread, cucumbers, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoe, light mustard and mayo] [It was amazinggg] Exersise; Walking around downtown to each class. Evening pilates

I need to post more regularly .__.;;; Today I ate; Tofu Pho 90 cal Special K bar Leftover Veggie fried rice Exersise; Ran 5 1/2 miles today with Adrena at the waterfront.

Thanks, haha ^^;; Yesterday; Tofu fried rice A cookie Coffee Tea Work Out; Walking around downtown for the better part of an hour and a half. Today; Leftover Tofu fried rice Small bag of Hot cheetos A lot of water/tea Work Out; Yoga/Pilates Dancing around I won't be able to go to my gym again until tuesday, which makes me super depressed. I might bring my gym clothes to my dads anyway and see if I can get him to take me with him to his gym. Because I haven't gone since like, Wednesday. emo

I ate waaay too much, I feel sick x.x Food; Nabeyaki Udon with King Crab, clams, shrimp, tempura. 6 pieces of mango mochi ice cream Chips Banana Starbucks Non-Fat No-Whip Peppermint White Mocha Exercise; Walking around Seattle Yoga 30 minutes of DDR on Difficult/Heavy Bleeeehhh.

Anzelia La Belle -pokes head in- i mentioned it in your other journal and im a mention it here: Jump rope and dance damn it! D< it'll raise your metabolism! And gives me an excuse to come stalk you owo;; Aha. but yeah so seem to be doing just well :'D I don't have a jump rope though! D: And I do dance! Lol. Today; Goal is to eat lightly, I'll update this at the end of the day. I'm thinking pho though. Exersice; Walking around Lakewood with Ginabutt. Should be a chill day.

I found that whore dancing is a good way to tone up your tummy and a** -nod- you know the dancing you see whores in girls gone wild do? the type that says "I'm easy fornicate with me" type dancing. Yeah. it works all the core muscles :'D also i found a song that's very good to listen to: Savage Garden- Affirmation.

I usually just do the 'Buns and Thighs', but all of their stuff is low impact but extremely effective. I usually feel like a jellyfish for two or three days after the previously mentioned one ;__;

Today; Tea Toast [More to be added later]Spinach/Cheese Raviolis Ate out, had pot roast with mac and cheese and scalloped potatoes, those were amazing -drools- Exercise; Walking to the gym right now c:2 hours at the gym, I'm so sore now. Stair master, Treadmil, and Bike machine.

Today; Water Tea Snacks [Went to Anna Laura's house, ate popcorn, chocolate, and a million other junkfoody items] Mac and Cheese Exercise; Walking Possibly gym later.Went to the gym with mum. I want her tummy ;3; Her arms look wonky though... o_O;
