Profile:
I’m the same age as Naruto and the other “rookie 9”, and born a month after the destruction caused from the Nine tailed fox.
Born into a family who wanted me to suppress my powers and live a normal life. I spent the first years of my life asking why I was so different from other people and wondered who I really was. After a talk with the Third Hokage, I realized I was special in my own way and he encouraged me to use my power to protect those I care for. So I told my parents I would join the ninja academy and become a strong Kunoichi who would protect the ones I love.
While at the ninja academy, I make new friends: Naomi Miryoku (my best friend) and Tenchi Kamisori (crush and future boyfriend), and both would eventually be on my three man squad. When our three man squads were announced, Me, Naomi, and Tenchi, were assigned to squad 13 (lucky for us but not the enemies we would face). Our sensei was Saiyuri Miryoku, Naomi’s older sister who was on the same anbu team with Itachi Uchiha (and Naomi’s only living relative, Naomi’s parents were killed in a suspicious fire that occurred a week before the Uchiha massacre). Our regular training days would involve regular hand to hand combat and Naomi and Saiyuri-sensei constantly arguing about something ridiculous (which would involve me and Tenchi-kun having to separate them before one would kill the other).
Our missions would usually be regular babysitting for the feudal lord, picking weeds, or walking dogs. Our first real mission was a C-rank mission which involved escorting the princess of the Fire country to her family’s summer house in the outskirts of the country, which of course allowed us to kick some rouge ninja butt; the most difficult part of the mission was trying really hard not to kill the princess due to her snobby attitude and her constant flirting with Tenchi.
When we finally returned from our mission, the village was in shatters and the Third Hokage was dead. The next day the funeral took place and we were all devastated, maybe if we had returned a little earlier much less damage would have occurred and the Third Hokage wouldn’t be dead.
Sensei told us that not only had our last mission taken longer than most but we had also missed our chance at the Chunin exam, but there was no point in thinking of the past but bettering ourselves for the future. So our training became relentless and Naomi and sensei didn’t fight as much, and I began to notice that Tenchi trained more with me than anyone else on our team.
Our next mission was also a C-rank but this time we had another squad accompany us, squad 7. Saiyuri-sensei seemed to like this idea (it may have something to due with the fact that she and Kakashi-sensei of squad 7 used to due some missions with each other), it may have been nice for them but I could already feel tension growing. Us girls got along quite well but the guys seemed to always be fighting about something. During our first day of our mission Tenchi wanted to spar with Sasuke but Naruto got involved and it ended up being a battle royal. We were surprised that they all made up after wards but they completely avoided the rest of us. The only major thing that happened was that Naruto had to make the comment that Naomi acted so much like Sasuke and called her girl Sasuke, so she chased him all the way back to the village…. I think Naomi acts more like Sakura, their both easily angered. Our mission was a success, but when we returned we were then assigned our next mission.
This mission was an A-rank rescue mission, and this would probably be our last mission together as a team. The mission would take us to the Land of Illusions, where a small village had been taken over by mysterious rouge ninja. When we arrived, we were horrified by the torture the people were put under and found out that these rouge ninja were forcefully absorbing the peoples spiritual and physical chakra. We split up into two man teams in order to quickly rescue the people and to find the device that was absorbing the chakra and destroy it: Naomi with Saiyuri-sensei and Tenchi with me. We were out there for hours fighting these ninja but it felt easy, too easy. Soon me and Tenchi stumbled upon an abandoned building where we found this weird machine which seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. Before we could get any closer the doors shut behind us and I felt this strange aura, it was pure evil. We looked up and saw the one behind it all, Orochimaru, the man who abandoned our village who would later return and kill the Third Hokage. I was scared not because who he was, but I could feel the aura he put out. Tenchi told me to stay back but I refused, I wasn’t going to let the opportunity of destroying this evil to get away. We fought relentlessly but we couldn’t even land a hit, it was like he was playing with us. I was frustrated and Tenchi was even using all his best Jutsu. That’s when Naomi and sensei arrived. We all fought but only sensei was able to land a hit, luckily it looked like it did some major damage. Soon he finally looked like he had it and then disappeared, but we were wrong. We were ambushed by more rouge ninja, sensei told us to retreat but we wouldn’t budge, we were going to fight. This wasn’t to prove anything to anyone we wanted to save these people.
So we fought, and all that training paid off, our combos and jutsu were in sync, and we weren’t letting any of them get away. It was over…we beat them, but the device stilled needed to be destroyed and the enemy laughed that we wouldn’t be able to, but we did. We did it we saved the people of the village, but it didn’t end there. We were leaving the village when suddenly we were ambushed by more of Orochimaru’s thugs. We were wiped from our last battle and we barely had any chakra left but we still fought and won. We were just about to celebrate when the ninja I kicked near the edge of the cliff grabbed my ankle and pulled me down. The rest of my team had run to my rescue but they were delayed by even more ninja. Tenchi was the only one to break through and tried desperately to save me. He grabbed my hand, as I was now dangling from the cliff while the rouge ninja still had a grip on my ankle. I told Tenchi to let go as I saw the cliff crumbling underneath him but he wouldn’t. Finally I yelled for him to let go because there was no point for both of us to lose our lives, but he said “dying along side you would be worth it”. I couldn’t let that happen and then something inside me allowed me to push him back, it was like my mind pushed him back. When that had happened I released myself and fell down the cliff.
All I could hear were my teammates screaming my name as I saw my life flash before my eyes.
I woke with a splitting headache, in a hospital room. I was startled when a group of people walked into the room. Of course I had to ask where the heck I was, and who these people were. The first to speak was a girl probably a few years older than me; she addressed herself as Kurumi Tonboyu, leader of the Beta-squad. She then told me that her squad had found me floating in a river near their HQ and that I was now in the Village Hidden in the Light. They told me they were an organization where ninjas from all nations gathered in order to fight along side with one another and also to prevent the evils in this world from happening. And that their where two groups the Alpha-squad that dealt with major issues in the five great nations and the Beta-squad that worked with the smaller nations. Now they wanted to know who I was and what I was doing here, so I told them my story.
A week after I had recovered, Kurumi and the others suggested that they escort me back to The Village Hidden in the Leaves, but I felt weak and didn’t want to return home a failure. So I asked Kurumi if it was possible to train with them until I was strong enough to return home myself. She hesitated at first, but then agreed to introduce me to the leader of their Village. I met with Omamori-sama, leader of the Village Hidden in the Light. We discussed my predicament and she agreed to let me stay in the village and train as long as I did not cause trouble. But I was also told that I had a power that no one else had, something that would allow me to help bring peace to this world. This was something I was told long ago…
For the next three years I trained under Kurumi-sempai, she refused to let me call her anything else, as she felt she was not yet worthy of the title of sensei. I accompanied Kurumi and the members of the Beta-squad on many of their missions and began to hone my skills. I was later told that I possessed the spiritual powers of a priestess and should use those powers wisely. I was also introduced to a member of the team who like me also possessed these sorts of techniques.
I trained to the point in which my powers rivaled those of Kurumi’s.
I had almost completed my training when word got to this nation that the Akatsuki, had infiltrated the Hidden Leaf Village, and were starting to attack the smaller nations. I was devastated, and to make matters worse the Alpha-squad was under the influence of Danzo, one of the elders of my village, and also a man bent on taking over the Hidden leaf Village. Danzo had ordered the Alpha-squad alone to take down the Akatsuki and to destroy anyone who would interfere. I was not about to be left behind when my home land was under attack and Kurumi wanted in on the action as well, for she to used to be part of the Hidden Leaf Village, until her family was destroyed under the orders of Danzo. I had begun to realize that this man was responsible for the deaths of many people, he had to be stopped once and for all.
When the Alpha-squad heard of our revolt against Danzo they attacked. We fought back and we were not going to let them hurt any innocent people. The power struggle came to an end when Kurumi and the leader of the Alpha-squad went head-to-head. Kurumi came out the victor and was named the leader of both squads. After the battle, Kurumi announced that there would be only one group and that group would just be called the Ninja Society.
Kurumi could not accompany me back to the Hidden Leaf Village, because she had her new duties as leader second to Omamori-sama, but she did send along her own squad to help me fight against the threat of our village.
I had arrived back to the village, to find that a great battle had ceased….and the village in shatters once again…but then I heard my name…. I turned around and there they were….my teammates…the former squad 13….. they told me all that had happened….Naruto had defeated Pain….Danzo had become Hokage briefly….and then taken out by both Naruto and Sasuke, with the support of the people of the village….and now they were announcing the 7th Hokage….
It had taken a few weeks and a lot of help from the surrounding Nations….but the Hidden Leaf Village was as good as new….and today…..is a day I will always remember….everyone had come to celebrate the inauguration of Naruto Uzumaki as the 7th Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village.
Its been a year so far and everything has been going great, it took some time to readjust myself to everyday life again but my friends helped me with that. Me and Tenchi have been going steady ever since he told me he had always had a crush on me and that he never thought for a second that I was gone. Naomi and Saiyuri-sensei still fight but mostly play fight…and Kurumi writes everyday…she’s doing well and she is still being a great leader.
Things may be going well but I have a feeling that it will still take time before peace is really found in this world….
