As many of you know, it is a time of family and friendship in many parts of the world.

Take the time to cherish all of this, what ever your religion, region or choices may be. Never take the people around you for granted, and live every moment to its fullest.

I tend to be a cheerful fellow, but the fact of the matter is, there are many brave men and women of the various nations of the world who have just spent their last Holidays with their family and loved ones.

Despite what holidays or festivals you may recognize, remember those who will not be returning home for them next year. Keep in mind those that have gone off to far away sands to do their duty, remember those who have left to fight the oppressor recognize those who take up arms to defend their ideals, whatever they may be, and remember the families of all who will never see them again.

Most of all, remember this.

Although it is clear what side of the battle line I stand on, we are all products of our world. Do not hate those who take up arms, whatever reasons they may be. I do not hate the men I fight, and I pray they do not hate me. We share this world together, and although we fight one eachother, just keep in mind that if you or I were born in a different place, at a different time, what would you stand for.

All of those involved in this world's petty wars are Sons, daughters , fathers, sisters , brothers and lovers, no matter what uniform , weapons, ideals or convictions they carry.
