Against Ulquiorra, everyone would be at a disadvantage mainly in part to Ulquiorras power level and the fact that he is the only Espada to have reached Segunda Etapa. Against Nnoitra, Ichigo was already worn out from his battle with Grimmjow. Against Grimmjow, excluding the final battle, Ichigo was at a disadvantage with their first encounter purely based on the fact that he was fighting against his inner hollow for control; The second battle, his lack of mastery in usage of his Hollow mask. Notice how in their final battle, he finished almost easily. Against Yammy, once again, fighting for dominance with his inner Hollow.
As for Nnoitra, no possible way would he have ever beaten Kenpachi. Understand that the Kenpachi is the most powerful Captain in Soul Society, with the exception of the Captain Commander, in terms of brute force. That's saying something on both Kenpachi and Ichigos part. Whether Nnoitra encountered Nel or not is a pointless argument, proven by Kenpachis obvious mastery of Kendo and his significantly HIGHER reiatsu level.
Starrk was also at a disadvantage also. Ignoring the fact that it became three on one, remember that Kyoraku was handling him very well, even without the help of Ukitake. Also, keep in mind that while Kyoraku has PERFECT mastery of, presumably, all aspect of his Zanpakuto, we still don't know the workings of his Bankai, or even the full workings of his Shikai, assuming that there are even more abilities. Starrk didn't have much going for him.
As for your last statement, I know a lot about Bleach, but I do not claim to know everything about it, as that would be impossible. As I am a Crew member and you are a mere member, I would ask that you show a bit more respect towards me.
