Though quite a regimented way of doing this, it makes sure that absolutely no one gets stupidly confused ^^ There are a few things you will ALL be used to doing, and then, something generally quite new to all but those that have ever RPed with me.

Title

The title is the main gateway of who can enter your RP, what sort of mood is likely to be found within, and just generally can set the scene for what will happen within. Here are the guidelines for what should be written in every title of new RPs.

[PRP] - Should be written if the RP is private, and will not be allowing anyone other then those designated to join.
[ORP] - Should be written if the RP is open, and anyone is allowed to join in on the RP.
[ARP] - Should be written if the RP is ASK, and people wanting to join must PM the creator or else message them in the Main Thread to gain access.

Next, is the title of the RP that you are creating. Anything is able to be a title. Something basic is usually best. A little quote, or perhaps just a small description of where you are RPing is sufficient.

Lastly, if a PRP, then the names of the people involved should be added in (in single brackets like this). Here is an example of a completed title:

[PRP] A cold night (Mal & Fred)
[ORP] A cold night
[ARP] A cold night (Ask Mal)

First RP Post

This is the most important post of all! Though you are all, I expect, used to just diving into RP, here, you need to take a little extra time in making sure everyone is aware of where you are, who is involved and what's going on.

The initial part of the first post should be (especially if a PRP) the certs of the Daemons involved. This means everyone is fully aware of each character, and thus, no confusion occurs.

Secondly, a brief blurb about the area you are RPing in - whether it be within Jaradin College, on Campus; in Jaradin city, in one of the shops, or on the streets; or even in another part of the World entirely - all need to be written here. An example is below:

A Cold Night will be taking place in the Jaradin College Library. It is well past curfew, but the students involved wished to sneak out a book of Magika spells to try and hex one of the other students in their dorm.

Lastly, any special requirements should be set down, such as whether there is a posting order, or if there is likely to be an intrusion by an NPC at some point. Also, here should be written, if an ARP, who others need to contact in order to join.
