So, as a lot of you know, I'm in a film photography class currently. I just recently finished shooting for the final project, which is a series of 4 prints that have to be executed perfectly (He said hes grading hard on this project. up till now I have been getting A's and B's on all my projects, so I hope I'll do ok)
and all the prints have to have a theme.
The theme I chose is something like "The many faces of Emily" Who is a friend of mine (and an amazing model! She stood still for about 10 minutes for me to take a few shots, switch cameras, and take more shots while holding a 10lb sword up, and if you look at the pictures, you know shes tiny. *also it was really windy in some of the pictures, so she stood still through her skirt flying around, and kept her eyes open. I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!! )
anyway, What I did was:
I brought my digital camera with me and shot a bunch of poses and we decided which ones we liked and which ones we didn't, and changed up the lighting and all that fun stuff, and once we got the composition down, I took the shot with my film camera. I had my digital set to Monochrome mode because the prints will be in black and white, and her little dark red head ended up not showing up a few times against her dark teal walls...so I'm really glad I did that...
As always, I haven't edited any of the pictures. I know I need to crop a few of them... so, without further adue, here are the digital shots that I decided to keep after my two day shoot.
This costume we decided to call "Blue Ninja"

she is wearing headphones, but you cant really tell because they are black. I wish we could have foun more CDs to spread across the floor, but those were all of the CDs in the house. T-T
