How many of you in here know what Apologetics is?
If not here is the definition: A branch of theology devoted to the defense of the divine origin and authority of Christianity.
I myself am rather interested in apologetics, its one of my favorite things out there! = ) If you are in need of some good websites for studying I would be happy to give you some links, but for now I want to hear some of your arguments for the Christian faith.
"I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else." C. S. Lewis

I've been thinking of a question that might help get this started, and here it is:
If God made the universe, than who made God? (I hate this question, and I believe it is a simple yet needed to know question, please give me your responses to defend God)

one of my favorites. Kool, I'm quite curious on how you would defend Christianity, if it were attacked like said previously, or I should rather say, how would you reply to my previous question? (I do not wish to single you out, so you do not have to answer if you do not want too.)

I am very interested I love Ravi Zacharious! And sure. We as human beings are born into time, where as God created time, now if someone were to create something then that person would be better than that thing. Since God created time, He is above it. Meaning that time does not affect him as it would you or me. This is my usual explanation. If you desire here is another website www.reasonablefaith.org, its William Lane Craigs website, he has some rather fascinating answers.

Kain1334 If God made the universe, than who made God? (I hate this question, and I believe it is a simple yet needed to know question, please give me your responses to defend God) Well i would answer that by saying: "God is Alpha and the Omega, Beginning and the End, Life and Death, Humans are Lines we have a beginning and a end God is a circle he has no beginning and no end" It makes no sense if you think about it but its true we have a beginning and end but if you think about it we are a ((akwardly shaped)) circle as well we have a beginning but no end like drawing a line and then going into a circle while our physical forms are temporary our spirits are eternal in the sense that when we die we go to heaven or hell, but there are those who would say hell is death well they are right hell is the pain of death over and over and over again but it is still eternal life but rather than heaven where we are care free hell is eternal damnation. thats how i would answer that question

But as for God He views it from the circular since. He lives outside of what we live inside of. Very similar to my point, yet brings to it a different perspective. It reveals a sort of power in His being. Eternity. Which if you think about it, is the only way one can have a sense of meaning. We for example are here one day and gone the next. As for God, He always has been, is, and always will be. So in a sense the only way we can have any affect, or meaning, is if we follow, and have God in our lives. (I would very much like to say God was before time, but its sort of a self defeating statement, seeing how before insinuates a certain time, so saying before time is like insinuating that time existed before its existence.) Sorry little extra information there, no extra charge.

Basically yes, if you wanted me to go into more detail I would smash myself with a wall of text and I really don't like walls of text.
