I find it really difficult to decide because I love most of the characters. Believable, human characters is what sets NCIS aside from other shows, like CSI.
I love McGee for his geekness. I love Tony for his jokes. I love Gibbs for his facial expressions. I love Abby for her gothness and bouncy personality. But I love Ziva most of all, for her tomboyness and kick-a** attitude.

Tony... I fell in love with Michael Weatherly when he was on Dark Angel so the love kind of just carried over. But Abbi is in a close second.
