So I've fallen by the way side with my goals and such. I've got new goals and a bit of a new resolution to get them accomplished.
Body Fat Percentage: 20.1%

As of Tuesday November 10th,
Weight: 183
Waist: 34
Bust: 36 (I measure under the boobs)
Hips: 42
Pant size: 13/14
Inches between blue strap on dress: 6.5*
* this is a dress that I bought for 20 bucks at an antique show, it's lovely and with alterations I'm hoping it will be my wedding dress. It doesn't ever need to zip up, but I want to get the strap distance below 2 inches so that I can make the dress a strapless lace up dress.
New Weight Goals:
I want to be at my goal weight by the end of June (Gay Pride parade*). I lost almost 50 lbs in a year. My goal is roughly 140 lbs. I should be able to lose 45 lbs in eight months. That's roughly 6ish pounds a month which will be hard. But I can do it. I've got renewed passion and vigor.
I'm done with this plateau.
*Every year now, friends and me march in the Gay Pride parade dressed up as fairys handing out condoms. (The Safe Sex Sprites)

There are some things I'm going to be doing that will help me do this.
Fitness Goals:
~Go to the gym twice per week. (Any strenuous exercise can replace one or both of these)
~Ride to school once or twice a week.
~Yoga/calisthenics in the mornings.
