As you all might know, I'm a rather nostalgic, sentimental individual. As such, I frequently find myself reflecting upon the "Good Old Days".
This Thread is here for those of you who also find yourselves reminiscing. Feel free to join in, I just thought I'd see who else shared my sentiments, and that this might be a good way to get the Guild Rolling again.

I miss the Good Old Dragon Castle Days. mrgreen
I mean, I really do. I miss the old activity, I miss Red and Tair and Legolas and Draco. Hell, I even miss my old, developing version of Darrel a little, as awesomely pleased as I am with his present form.

I miss them too, even though I was probably one of the latest additions to Dragon Castle. I do wonder what happened to Tair and Zafira? I miss them.

Even a lot of the newer members have kind of gone...
I'm really glad to see that you're still around, Michael. I was afraid you'd left.

And Avacnela, believe it or not, even though Zafira, Tair, Goku, and Michael came before you, I kind of consider you the central Character/Member of the RolePlay: you gave it a lot of its life. You gave it its Villains, and the entire concept of the Draconic Warriors, so to me, that makes you integral to it.

Yeah, Avacnela really helped give this place some Direction.

And I feel I should let you guys know that, even though this RP does have its flaws, I kind of consider it my Home.

I agree with that, as well: it would be really awesome if we could pump some new life back into this RolePlay, and maybe even sort of... Revamp it, or ReBoot it.

I was actually thinking that after Seth is defeated, we could do a bit of a time skip, and maybe expand on the World of Dragon Castle a little. It might be nice if we could take that RolePlay into a more public light again as well, because Barton Town seems to be flooded with far too much Twilight and Furry content for one, and also because I think that making - though making this into a Guild was a cool idea - the nature of Guilds tends to mean that they're cut off from the majority of the rest of Gaia.

Sometimes I worry that I do that entire "OOB3R 1337GOD-POWARSZ" thing. A lot. <_<
I try to be more or less reasonable with them, though. XD

And as for the time skip, I had previously imagined that a peaceful Year or so would pass after Seth's defeat, and that there would be relatively little change. I actually did come up with some plans for Darrel. I thought I could possibly have him withdraw slightly - along with some of the other Characters, perhaps - to a ruined Chapel or Castle Outpost in the Forests near Dragon Castle to better come to terms with the entirety of his identity, including and especially, his own Dark Side and Shadow-Based Abilities.
Though with Seth gone, we begin a kind of Story Arc which revolves more around the Genusai, and their Enigmatic Foretelling that Avacnela will eventually become Evil.

And what you said about the entire Barton Town thing is rather painfully true. XO
This might not be the most Literate RolePlay in the entire world, but it's quite a bit ahead of the rest of Barton Town.

I gotta admit I made my character over-powered with Fenris thats why I kill him off. >_>

Also it seems like The Void are never gonna get their shine are they? XD

They might. If need be, I could try and help with getting that set up.

Speaking of which, I wonder what happened to Erkovekiao, Yogtanae's villiany character?

DZ: I kind of like the idea you have right now, and it sounds pretty neat.
I do kind of plan on opening up the Dragon Castle forum in Barton Town and set it up. I've been able to create successful rps in there several times, though they've all died out. I don't know.
