There is a lack of detail (i.e. The baggy pants aint so baggy looking) that I'm aware of. By the time I finished inking it on PS, I simply said "Ah, screw it." after noticing it.

Here's an incomplete colored version for those who want to see it in color.
I just finished putting in the base colors. Some marking are not shown because I haven't gotten around to coloring it.

Well, the main thing I'd do is just add a few wrinkles to the pants. Also the right (Viewers left) foot seems a little flat. I'm not really sure how do describe it, but I can redline if you want.
