- You will find all necessary guidelines for this guild below along with some safety tips regarding online play.
Warning: Breaking of any Guild Rules is worthy of immediate banning from guild. Follow the "Online Play Rules" at your own discretion. This guild is not responsible for any harm that may come to your account if you fail to adhere to Gaiaonlines ToS or if you are victim of a hacking attempt from another member in this guild. For cases such as this, you must report your circumstances to the proper authorities, you can report attempted hacking or hacking/scamming along with other such cases here.

1. Please make sure your posts are semi-literate. Any user found posting illiterate material will either be asked to change it or it will be deleted and that user will have to re-do that certain post.
2. God-modding. This action is not allowed under any circumstance. Users found doing so will be given an "Warning" repeated offenses will result in either your Role play privileges taken away for an unknown amount of time, or banning from the guild, but your name not placed on the Perma-ban list.

7. Any user found posting scam/hacking content will be banned without notice and have their account be placed on the Perma-ban list. Also, any user found in discussion with that user will also have their accounts banned and reported to Gaiaonline. If you see someone doing something of this nature, please, report them to the Gaiaonline Moderation staff and inform a Crew member of the guild, DO NOT engage him/her under any circumstance.
IMPORTANT RULE #8
8. Wait your turn! When posting in an "EVENT" role play please leave up to "Five Minutes" before posting again. Allow others to post as well, this lets things flow better and also allows for not so much post editing. Pure OOC posts in any RP are forbidden.
9. Please be helpful and kind to all new users. Guide them along, be eager to give answers to their question. Support them in anyway possible.
10. All members must have their profiles up before the can begin any sort of role play. Failing to do so may cause punishment. As well, all members must have had two crew members approve of their profile before Role Playing.
11. Members must have permission from a captain before they can post a new thread in the main forum. Any user found posting a unauthorized forum will be given a "Warning" further breaking of this rule may result in you being banned.
IMPORTANT RULE #12
12. No one person can be two authoritative figures, in other words, no one person can hold two positions that would normally give crew status except the guild owner.
13. All members must place "Unknown" in their squad information section in their profile until they know what rank they are going to get from the division they are joining.
14. If a member wants to add another RP profile they may but they must create the profile on a separate account, no member can hold two profiles on one account.

15. The Seireitei: Frozen Eclipse requires members who are taking part in the guilds main storyline to have Profiles before they may take part in that Role Play. However, The Seireitei: Frozen Eclipse does not require every member that joins to be part of any squad/faction. He/She may join and just be a member, no member is required to join in the main story-line, we have a secondary RP sub-forum to satisfy those who are not interested in participating.

These safety tips are placed here to help ensure that you are protected from harmful users.

These links often take you to scam sites that will look like Gaiaonline login page, if you enter your user name and password then the scammer will be able to access your account and you will lose all your items/gold. Never click suspicious links ever.
5. Even though you may be joking, never ever say you will or can hack someone. This is an offense no matter what you are intending it to be. Hacking is against the ToS of gaiaonline and any user that says she/he has done it or are going too do it can and will be reported costing them their account. Never claim to be able to hack someone for it is just as bad as actually doing the offense.
6. If you are approached by someone you do not know and offered items/gold for free be weary before accepting. Often users that have gotten hacked gold/items from other sites will give gifts to unsuspecting users just to try and get their accounts banned. Do not accept gifts from strangers ever.
7. There are programs out there that as most know are called "Bots" they go around the site and do things at a speed a normal person could not. Avoid refreshing your pages too many times or you may be thought of as a bot resulting in your account being put under investigation. Remember, Gaiaonline reserves the right to ban anyone at any time with out notice.
