Discussion on Eke's Captainship
Since it's been about two weeks since Eke was promoted to become the temporary captain of the second division, it's time to discuss his performance during the time frame given to him to be the acting captain of the division assigned to him. When posting your opinions on how he did, please try to be as detailed as possible, stating each one of the pros and cons you saw as explicitly as you can. That means no "I think he did great!" one-liners. D<
After it has been decided whether he deserves to become the captain of the seventh division and a member of the crew, I'll send him a PM about it and promote him then.

I looked at his Squad-- and honestly it's hard to miss it what will all the active mini-RP's he has there-- and it seems he is very well organized and is getting the hang of being a Captain. Also his Squad is quite active and he seems to take care of that and make sure it stays that way.
Out of a scale of 1 to 10-- 10 being the highest-- I rate him as 8/10.

I believe he has a handle on things and I see no reason for him to not stay as a Captain. He took care of everything well and I rate him the same as Dante; 8/10

I believe he is doing very well. Activity is something that he seems to have, especially the fact that even though he was injured, he took the initiative to actually tell the people around him that he was in that condition and most likely unable to post. He seems to be organized, like Dante said.
In rating, I'd rate him 9/10.
Not to mention the fact that he managed to cope with Kit's RPC... gonk

Since I was mostly absent during the time he was a temporary captain, I don't think my word should be trusted as much as those people who were present at that moment. But I will still post my comments about his performance.
Let me start with his division! The way he organized his division was okay. I just think that it could have been better if he had all the RP threads as normal threads, all the profiles/ranks, welcome thread, etc. as stickies and the others as announcement. But I guess that only depends on one's preference and doesn't matter that much. I like how creative he was in the titles of the different threads and also how he included pictures in the RP threads for the place to be visualized better by the other members. I think he should have created another profile thread instead of keeping the one the previous captain made because that showed his laziness. [Hell he even put it in the first post.] But then again, he would only be the captain of that squad for such a short period of time so again, it's not that big of an issue.
It's already a given that Eke is one of the active members in the guild, we all know that. That's also one reason why he was given this trial in the first place. Based on what the others said, it seems to me that he was able to handle his division well like a real leader should. By going through his squad, one would clearly see that he was able to keep both of his members active.
All in all, I think he did well. Not the greatest I've witnessed but hey, there's always room for improvement. He still has a chance to develop himself as a real captain. His weird creative mind would prove to be helpful to the guild if he were to become a crew member as well. If not, there's always the option of kicking him out. rofl
My overall rating for him would probably be around 8.1/10

Possibly rewording what everyone has already said sweatdrop .
After looking at the squad I think Eke has handled it really well. I like the way he has maintained it's activity. I do agree that he probably should have replaced the old threads with new ones.
I know he is an active member of the guild so that goes without saying. Personally I think he'll make quite a positive contribution to the crew.

Eke's performance was alright, but I expected more from him in certain areas, since he had experience being a Vice.
In his organization skills I felt the descriptions of the thread should of been more detailed. Yeah I know the title is what it reads, but instead of placing ''Exactly what the tittle says,'' he could expanded more on it. Like this is where we can chat...blah, blah, blah or something. Despite that his tittles were very creative, however for me they were a bit confusing with the series of words, not getting to the point.
Despite his organization his skills he was very active. I felt as if he was on every hour, to the hour, and I was slacking. Complementing this he managed to get online, being the fact he was injured. Thus I applauded him.
All the more I kind of felt he was still a Vice, and he wasn't in my opinion placing a large gap in between the two titles, trying to prove to us,''Look here I want this.'' So here is my score.

Average rating is a 8.1 as of now.

There wasn't all too much more he could do in terms of "look here I want this" Like for me, I do a lot of extra stuff, but most of that is only possible with mod powers. And uh... I don't see how any of those thread titles were confusing due to the combination of words. Contrary to what you said I found them to be to the point.
"So you think you can assassinate?"
-2nd Division is a ninja/assassin Division. He's asking if you think you have the skills. Makes perfect sense.
"Shadow in the Night"
-This here is more metaphorical for the fact that the forest is dark all the time, like a shadow in the night would be. Makes perfect sense.
The others need no explanation, lest I have to.. of course. Then I may end up stabbing the person who asks for one.
As for that little "Exactly what the title says" concern that you had. BAH. I would have said the exact same thing. No need to repeat the obvious, that just forces redundancy upon the entire thing, inducing boredom and the desire to kill small animals into the hearts of angsty teenagers.
As for the experience being a Vice, is it really all that different from being a 3rd seat? I don't believe it is.

Well basically I agree with what everyone else said.
The fact that his squad is very well done but honeslty nothing really.... Jumps out really although I like the names of his topics.
He also seems to be very well organised and seems to.. control his squad well but then again, thats basically every other captain so he just seem captain material, just that.
If any of that made sense sweatdrop So my rating is a good... 8/10. I will just conform to everyone else :3

@Kit: What I mean is by describing the training area, or the squad barracks or ect... Placing ''exactly what the tittle says,'' in my opinion is a lazy, epically for a Captain. In my squad I never would of placed that in the first post, or allowed my lieutenant to do so as well. Hmmmm...guess that's just me. For the tittles to me, there confusing. I praise him on the creativity, but I think it is unnecessary for me to sit there for 30 seconds trying to figure out what the damn title means. Also In in my opinion, there is a big difference between 3rd seat, and Vice. They are more skilled, and they have more responsibilities. Hmpf...

I have given no responsibilities to my Lieutenant. Please, take your time telling me what responsibilities you have give yours.
