Hair Style: Kind of wispy, carefree, fewer bangs on the face and shorter than shown in the ref, slightly more spiky in style as well; a few can touch his eyes. Basically have fun~
Hair Color: Base color white. As bangs grow longer, the hair gets more blueish-black, being pure black at the tips. Same deal for the ends of his hair, though the rest of it should be white. Silver can be dabbled with economically.
Eye Style/Color: Diamond-shaped, but a bit larger than his brother's; I'm thinking blue-purple. The ref I provided seems to tilt more towards periwinkle, so make of it as you will~ I love the flecks of different hues.
Clothing: CC's clothes are similar to BC's, but a lot more casual/loose and brighter in color (yes, the ref pic isn't, but HEYLOOKANACORN). The suit thing works, patched up a bit and made of random bits of clothing on one side maybe? Definitely a tie of your choice, I love the creativity done for BC's hellish one~ I think this guy should be shirtless for the hell of it. |D Vain guy after all! Simple pants that match the suit coat design, maybe even a semi-jeweled belt that kinda droops? Other random leather beltstraps about his pants legs.
Jewelry: If there's a way to ironically toss in a halo in somehow, that'd be funneh. >D A ring or two on his right hand's fingers possibly; none on the marriage finger of course, silly boy. An angelic wing earring(s) would be neat?
Markings: Three scars running from his left eyebrow till the opposite end of his nose, maybe a tiny bit beyond that even. Since these came from BC's own weapon, there's gonna be a bit of a curve at least at the beginning of the scars. No blind eyes plz if they happen to nick them.

Zanbato + Gun = GUNSWORD. Only wtf size if you wanted. A heavenly design engraved upon it like the lionhead in the example would add to this just general LOOK AT IT NAO IT'S SEXY RIGHT deal that CC exudes.
Suit idea seems kinda punkish-goth styled. 8D Quite lovely.

Clothing: Can't seem to picture it perfectly, but I'm thinking something suave and elegant. Casual business suit-like? Does have a simple tie. Maybe hints of steampunk.

Markings: Scar dashed through right eye, clean and straight. Eye isn't blinded.
Weapon of choice: Retractable Claw Gauntlets; they are a bit jagged on the underside, tiny bit "wavy" in shape instead of straight towards the ends.

Collar Color: Good ol’ fashioned black (and red?) with silver spikes
Collar Design: SPIKED. WITH LITTLE DEMONIC WINGLETS DESIGNS ON THE SIDES LULZ? Typical gothic style. I found two pictures for you to splice as you see fit. It’s not loose on his neck, let’s just say.
Fur Colors: Typical Toyger markings on him, a few spots towards the back, rings on the tail, lighter towards the chest/underbelly/paws/undertail/muzzle. If possible, could he be a bit redder in areas as shown in the second ref? I also like the darkened spots on her face. Basically look to the first ref for spots and the second one for everything else. 8D
Like I mentioned to you before, he’ll be a “winged cat”. Elija’s been suffering some abuse at the hands of his owner as well as some other less than polite cats, so he’ll be looking scarred and haggard. A tear in his ear, various scratches on his body, maybe even a patch of missing fur - the image of a cat that seriously need love. You have full creative license on the wounds so long as he’s not missing any limbs.
Eye Style/Color: Dreamy/soft blue. While normally this would be the typical bright-eyed and wide-eyed kid, for right now give him a sad/scared look, as if afraid he’ll be hit again. The poor boy’s also blind.
Jewelry: Grasped in one of his paws is a cross necklace on a black cord. The cross itself is inlaid with blue mosaic stones going from dark to light in circles of light.

Pose Suggestion? One idea is maybe he's curled about his cross protectively, looking saddened and yet hopeful at the same time for a brighter future - yeah iunno how that's drawn, but DANGIT I'M BETTER WITH WORDS THAN ARTWORK. Another is that he's sitting hunched over, looking pitiful, the cross kept close.
