In all of the silent hill games a friend or a family member dies in a tragic way crying .what is the most saddest moments silent hill to you? Mine is when harry died in silent hill 3 it was so sad that i almost started to cry crying

when harry died and the in water ending of silent hill 2 when James takes mary's body to the lake and drowns himself. crying

Henry was way to calm about that whole ordeal too.
Lisa's transformation is definitely one of the saddest for me. As well as when Angela walks up the burning staircase.

i think it was probly a tie between when harry died in sh3 and when maria died in sh2 in the long hallway when pyramid head was following them and when cynthia dies in sh4 and all of origins it just pulls at your heart to me and sh1 when you fight cybil and cant save her if you dont know how.
edit-if it had not been spoiled for me when i first played it, lisa's death would be number 1 on my list of sad deaths.

When Walter died in Silent Hill 4. He was blindsighted by a cult into thinking he could ressurect the mother he never knew.... He was used as a playing card his whole life and he never knew it. and the only thing he could think to say in his last breath of life was "Mama" and then it was over.

well, if you look at it one way, his conversation with himself sounds like a ***** trying to give a kid some candy
