An Apothecarist's main role is to provide potions and other materials to Healers to use in battle. Apothecarists usually gather and mix herbs by themselves, and many own and operate hospitals or herb and spice shops. Although the brunt of an Apothecarist's work is given to Healers, many spend time healing those with minor maladies, as well.
Apothecarists may be Humans, Elves, Frost Centaurs, Blood Eaters, or Rogue Elves.
Apothecarists may have enough time to open opportunities in another profession.
To be an Apothecarist, one must be accustomed to seeing blood, and have no known allergies to herbs or medicines. One must have a credible memory and be able to memorize recipes.
