I have no idea how to do an esbat ritual, i've never done any kind of ritual in my life
does anyone have any suggestions for me and others?

No problem. Here is a website that I found that gave me two rituals. One of them is Drawing Down the Moon and the other is The Great Rite. Hopefully the help you out. I'll keep looking around though and post what I find for you ^^. http://wiccanspirituality.com/esbatrit.htm

While there's nothing wrong with the rituals themselves, it should be understood that in the context of Wicca they refer to very different rituals, both impossible without a trained Wiccan coven. Drawing Down the Moon is a ritual of possession wherein the person of the Goddess is literally drawn down into the body of the HPS. The Great Rite is ritual sex. The Rite "in token" is sometimes performed, but apparently what this entails is bound by oath.
