i have a toon on my older brothers account because he let me start on his to see if i like it enough to pay for it full time, is it possible to get that toon from his account to mine when i get on?? i know at one point it was but then i thought i heard something that said you couldn't anymore??

You can transfer characters for $25 from two accounts that are owned by the same person.

I started on WoW first and a friend started a toon on my account. Liked the game so much he got that toon transfered over to his own account. So it is possible.
But yeah.. has to be same person, same mail address, or something like that.

thanks for the ideas, but does it help me and so what if i have to merge my account to my brothers through battle net do big deal as long as i have my password different.

Also, paying to transfer a character above like level 50 or 45 or something, is a bad choice. Because you get the reward of hitting 80 faster, but at the cost of a sense of any accomplishment at all, and with a complete lack of deeper understanding of your class. This is why you can always tell somebody who got Pleveled or bought chars.

yes my dad had 10 dudes on hids account befor the frozen throne and put 1 dude on my account to make room for a death night

No no, you misunderstand, I think. : 3 The OP leveled their character themself, they just want to transfer their character over from their brother's account where it was made - so he or she could try the game before buying it himself or herself - to his or her own account. : 3
