In some cases, yes. But the bad guys doesnt "work together" that much to even think about it. They want to make it on their own, and win over the Z-fighters on their own.

I think it'll be cool if Frieza, Cell, Kid Buu, and Brolly fused and went after SSj 4 Gogeta whee Who do you think would win?

well if you have ever watched all of the episodes they had quite a time trying to defeat buu and broli kicks the crap out of them at first..maybe they would win maybe the z fighters would.... i dunno..but bad guys want independance and revenge..not teamwork..like when when debura ends up staying in heaven..wow thats a laugh..anyways...

Yes I do think they should fuse it would make the battle even beeter what if people who have already fused fused again now wouldnt that be cool.
