It looks very good overall, but their faces kinda lack angry expressions. I mean, Renji has his bankai and Naruto is using the Kyuubi's power... they've gotta be pretty pissed off at each other. You should have their eyebrows come closer to their eyes to make a steeper "slope" that sorta resembles or /
A common technique in anime is to also make their pupils/iris very small when they're angry and make it big when they're about to cry or if they're friendly or something.
The ear details can use some work... they look pretty cartoony, but Bleach and Naruto have more realistic looking ears. Renji's ear is also too far back. I personally try to keep the ears around the horizontal center of the head (I explain it better in the Flash file on this page:
