"Sometimes your past is not important..
 Username: Odins_Apprentice_Kray Character Name: Odin Character Age: 17 Character Rank: Initiate Character Skills:
Basic Skills: Level 1: Signature Strike Level 2: Parry Level 3: Counter Level 4: Disarm Level 5: Signature Travel
Intermediate Skills: Level 1: Grapple, Bladed Weapon Proficiency Level 2: Endure, Back Slice Level 3: Fatal Blow, Recovery
Advanced Skills Level 1: Sneak, Dodge Level 2: Snakeblood, Slippery Mind Level 3: Sonic Blow, Soul Crush
Character Profile: Odin's past is a dark blur to her. She remembers precious little of how she came to wandering around Gaia with her precious scythe and a tattoo on her arm. What she does know is that she was never Odin to begin with.
Before the war Odin never imagined that one day she would answer to the Overseer's call. Though knowing little about herself she found that she wanted to uphold the same ideals as the demigod's. She has since been a loyal follower to His Clamminess and has found a sense of belonging in the Benevolent Order.
Odin, despite her placid looks hides a multiple personality. She has grown overly boyish in demeanor (resulting to occasional cross-dressing). She is quiet and usually insecure of herself, not having worked with others in a long time. She is also lax and unresponsive, preferring to hover or lurk when around others.
..not as important as what you do with your present."

Odins_Apprentice_Kura Lorika Yaaaaaaaaaaay! =D Odinnnn~~ heart Oooh oooh dun forget to give her her skillllzzz! XDDD Wheee~~ Still thinking which to get though.. XD I think I saw alchemy somewhere there.. hmmm .__. Alchemy was originally a bigger part of Spiritualism than it ended up being D; I decided making people keep track of a hundred types of bottles and brews was too painstaking. There's still a minor element of it in there, though. You can make holy oils and water and use salt and water to make a ritual circle... But that's basically it on the alchemy side D;

I was also thinking about the complexity of it all.. >__< neutral Still not sure if I'm up for the more complex paths so maybe I'll go with combat for now.. >__< Ahehehe, well we can always have more combatants here in the arena... 8D;

"It's not enough to know your limits.. ((because I don't want to spam the other threads with this.. tell me what you think? I want to reveal Odin's past bit by bit, though War Stories isn't moving much yet))
Odin always sees that girl in her dreams.
That girl, the one with the long flowing red hair and the eyes that shine with life and at the same time deep and knowing, knows her. She smiles at the Odin that is both there and yet not quite. She smiles at Odin as if she knows who she was before the name became her only basis of an identity. No history of which to speak of. No memories, no pain, no joy. There is only a name and nothing more. She is always smiling and laughing. And she always, always looks at Odin as if she knows. Sometimes the girl’s smile looks different, as if she is trying to tell her something without words. Though Odin knows the girl is capable of telling her, she believes that she keeps everything from Odin on purpose. The girl knows that Odin wants to know, but she will never give her the comfort of being handed what she wants to her.
Sometimes it is unsettling, how similar their facial structures were, it is like looking at a mirror. But Odin always realizes this too late in her dreams. And by the time she decides to reach out to her, the girl just laughs and runs off. And always feels as if she were on one side of a glass wall that stops her from running after.
Sometimes the dream is bright and welcoming, though Odin knows enough to stay away because she has never been welcome in those scenes. They are the girl’s life falling before front of her eyes like photographs. The girl and her family, her two beautiful parents and doting older brother. The girl with her friends at school reading in the library or talking under a tree. The girl sitting in front of a mirror as her mother is brushing her hair. The girl and her brother taking a stroll in the park and he hands her a bright yellow balloon. The girl sitting in a patch of flowers, her crisp white sundress spread around her like white petals as she holds onto her wide brimmed straw hat. They were always so perfect, the dream scenes, as if they were taken out of a children’s picture book or a happy novel.
She has her mother’s eyes and her father’s fierce colored hair and determined expression. Sometimes Odin wishes they were her parents as well, but she knows enough not to hold on to this idea. Odin knows better, she knows that these were never were and never will be her parents. She does not know why, but for some inexplicable reason she does know why not.
She wakes from these dreams fitfully, as one would wake from a nightmare, though she often wonders why. She gets up breathless, with bullets of sweat cascading upon her features and chills running up and down her spine. She wonders at all of this, because the dreams are never outwardly scary. On the contrary they are sweet and brighter than anything Odin would expect of her subconscious. But they weren’t hers, and Odin figures that is what makes them the most horrifying.
((will edit if I find necessary... O_O crap, that was long..))..but to know what you must do to go beyond them."
