I wanted to go to that December Nights gathering, but I had my school play.
I was bummed that they were both this weekend.

Okay, so my friend who is apart of Heartbreaker Productions (which is the cosplay group I am apart of) is hosting a cosplay gathering in January. I'll ask her if guests are allowed (though any cosplayer is really welcome) I dont know what the commute would be like for any of you, but here is the info she put in her journal on DA.
Where: The Food Court in the North County Westfield Mall in Escondido:

Time: 12:00-4:00

That's awesome! It would be a great way to meet new cosplayers. Maybe we could all do some kind of theme?

unfortunately, i've had to many instances of drama with a few members of heartbreakers, mostly back when they went with their old name, so i won't be attending a gathering thats mostly their members.
also malls frown upon cosplaying on their premises and i don't want to be in a repeat of the last two times, where the entire group was made to leave/escorted out and kicked out

my group was an affiliate group to their old one for like.. 2 weeks..then all sorts of drama in their group happened so yea. i mean i love roxas and axel but they just let the wrong kind of people into the other group.
my gatherings are normally in public areas, like parks and stuff, less chance of getting in trouble

i would go XD but me and alot of the members [mostly the main girl] don't get along.. she started a whole "gathering war" when i had made a halloween gathering and no one went to hers

lol its stupid really.
she got all mad because i posted a halloween gathering that i had been planning for a year, and it wasn't for her gathering that they started planning a few days before i posted my gathering -isn't subed to the kits forum anymore so had no clue-

Ugh. Too much drama. I can't keep up. xp
I thought we were a relatively drama-free group.
They're an established group who are really good friends, so it's kinda hard to break in and really be a part of the group, but other than that I think they're all okay.
And I think Kit's pretty nice.
Oh well.
I think we should have a guild gathering sometime, so we don't have to worry about getting along with people in other groups.
