"This is your mission, should you choose to accept it: You shall infiltrate a base on a small island in order to destroy a prototype weapon inside, as well as their computer database. You will use your affinity to the sea to approach from the water and sneak inside through the entryway to a submarine docking station. From there, you will be on you own. If additional instructions become necessary, we will contact you via your concealed comm-link."
This had been the gist of the mission briefing for Arianrhod. The aquatic defenses at the base were sparse, with no real thought having been put toward the possibility of an aquatically-attuned agent infiltrating the compound. However, once inside, security is much tighter...

((Ah, yeah, and this is why this is practice lol
Let me write something up))
You have been fired from a specially-designed transport torpedo by a submarine. The torpedo has slowed and sank to the bottom, leaving you a short ways from the base's underwater port area. The defenses there consist of automated torpedo launchers, but reports indicated they are designed purely for defense against submarines and ships, and not humanoid targets.

Giving a strong flick of her tail, Arianrhod fleshed out, as she scanned her surroundings.
Great.... no challenges anywhere.
She flushed through the water, her ten foot body gliding through the water towards the launchers. Stealth was for someone in black.

Somehow, one of the launchers picks up her signature, though, firing a torpedo. However, the onboard guidance system can't keep track of her well enough and whizzes just past her, into the inky darkness of the sea beyond.
((I considered coming up with stats or something and seeing if it hits you, but I decided that'd be a bit mean to fire heavy artillery at you right from the start razz ))

(how ironic that there's rules for artillery....)
Can't even aim that well.
Focusing on the launcher with her powers, she concentrated a small orb in the water before firing towards the first one.

The turret takes damage, unable to dodge due to being stationary and unable to defend itself well due to not being designed to deflect attacks of such a nature.
However, while damaged, the turret is still operational. It fires again, but its systems still can't keep an effective lock on the target and the torpedo zooms past, following the other one to whatever unfortunate large object may be out there.

This blast did more damage, seriously impacting the launcher's ability to function. Attempting to fire again, the torpedo slips by once again, but explodes prematurely just as it reaches a safe distance. It seemed the mechanisms of the launcher were all but out of commission.

That should just about do it...
Arianrhod swam forth, assuming the damage was fatal. She was going to complete her mission at all costs, a near masochist feeling pumping through her veins. Looking around for an entrance, she hoped her breath wouldn't run out too soon.
