Icemere Pointe is the northernmost point of Palaise, bordering Blackburn Downs, and is home to the peaceful race that most know as the Frost Centaurs.
Icemere is a once-lush glacier with occasional lakes, forests, and rivers. The landscape has been called beautiful to all who have visited, and all are welcome.
Many Frost Centaurs, though almost all are content in Icemere, have migrated South to reside in Valcrest or Merwynth City.
In the center of Icemere stands a tower inscribed with the names of the thousands that had given their lives to the battles of the Ninth War, regardless of race.
