ah theres somthing id like to see, far off in the distance Val could see death city, far off on the horizon.
Hopefully nothings changed since I left, he said as he continued on his stroll down the dunes of the hot desert.

From the distance..."God, this heat is killing me..." Tatsu wiping away sweats from his face, and take a sip of water from his bottle, but it was empty. Tatsu continues to walk though the streaming desert. But than, something caught his attention... At the edge of the desert, he could see a city.
"Finally, I found the city." Tatsu tighten his backpack and his belonging, and starts to walk towards the city, where a new start await for him.To Death City...

After walking for a good while Naozumi stoped the desert was literary overwhelming.
"Shyt this is huge place." He said with bit exhausted voice. There was no end to the endless rows of dynes and sand. Hot dry sand which made his eyes strain.
"Maybe we should have gone to the forest." He said with bit pondering voice.
((Hmm which one of us should play the kishin? : o))

((I think the weapon should, they can't really control much else.)) Shadow sighed. "Oh well. You picked it." He changed into a scythe. He sensed an evil soul nearby, maybe 2. He wasn't very good at soul perception." I think a kishin is coming, be on guard." Suddenly a giant blue bear with strange scythe blade coming out of its back attacked. It picked up Shadow and started swinging him at Naozumi. Being in its hands, a dark energy was kepping Shadow in weapon form. "Sorry, something is keeping me from changing." The bear was also attacking with the large blades on his back, its movments like a fat ninja. ((I drew it.  Yes that is the kishin that attacked.))

((Darn that looks scary in whole new perspective for the word.))
Naozumi stood stunned for few seconds at the sight of the.. not a kishin like.. Thing?-
His jaw droped down in very comical manner.
WTF!?!?!? Was what he tought as he threw himself few meters backwards to avoide the storm of the swinging blades.
"fyh, wtf it stole my weapon. You a*****e." He cursed as the bear came at him like wall of meatballs.
"Fine lets see how tough you are." He said as the thing came at him. Just before he would have been slashed by his own partner Naozumi plunged forward into dive. HE slided on the sand towards the bears legs aiming to wipe one of its feet of from the ground.

The kishin fell and dropped Shadow. No longer in the kishn's possension, he could change form. He changed into a human, except for his right elbow down to his hand. It was a scythe blade. Seeing Naozumi under the Kishin, he ran towords them. Saving his partner from an attack. He managed to push the thing back and transformed again, saying, "Just make sure you end up using me, not the kishin." He was amazed at its size and blades.
((Imaggine the thing used witch hunter on you. That would have sucked. Also, I printed some wallet sized things of it. It's in my I.D. slot. mrgreen ))

(( hah witch hunter would require soul resonating and I bet Shadow wouldnt be that glad to resonate with erm.. that monster >: O))
"Keh I already know that.." He said with bit impatience in his voice as he rolled away from the kishin on the ground. As Naozumi rose there was deadly shadow on his face. He spined Shadow in his scythe form around him and stoped the spin into pose where he was holding the scythe in about shoulder height position pointing at the kishins eyes.
"Its not anything personal.." Naozumi said in certain but still very silent voice. "Tamashii no Kyoomei!!" Naozumi muttered as the air around him started sparkling with electricity. Shadow could hear his wavelenght rising to heights like lonewolfs howl in night. It was up to him did he join that howl.

"Well, this is kind of personal, considering the winner get to eat the loser's soul." He matched his wavelength to Naozumi's, wondering if he would get electrocuted by doing it.
The kishin felt the electricity in the air. It swung it's left blade (Means our right) at Naozumi and Shadow, hoping to end it before he got electrocuted.

((Hmm kay I shall remember that name! : O))
"Too late monster.." Naozumi said as he turned side way to block the blade with his scythes handle. The blow moved him few inches back on the sand but he didnt give in before the blow. He twisted the scythe so that the blade was between the scythes blade and the handle. Then he used all his force to strike the blade into the sand. In matter of few seconds Naozumi jumped on the blade and with few steps and one leap he was above the kishin. Naozumi circulated the scythe over his waist into a strong strike. The strike pierced trough the kishins left shoulder. Naozumi let his hold with left hand off for few seconds to spin around the handle. Then he grabed with his both hands again from other side of the bear. (so the scythe is stuck on the bears from shoulder upside down. And naozumi is on the bears backside holding to the handle.) With his whole body Naozumi pulled and tore the whole arm of while pulling the scythe trough the kishins body. The blood flew in big crescent like circel as he landed behind the bear near its legs.
".."
Hoo so we have finally quests here.. A voice said inside Naozumis head. Same time the aura of his soul got denser around him.

After walking for 3 hours "hey this is to much sand and i haven't ran into a single soul

Shadow was impressed with Naozumi's skill. "Don't be blocking attacks with the handle so much, it's made of wood, easier to cut then metal. It has scary blades," Shadow said, slightly annoyed. The kishin picked up its arm. It placed it back on and it reattached. "Hm, maybe in half would be better..." Shadow was suprised, but why show it? It turned and ran at them, swinging its arm (Ya, the one that cut off, really just to make us feel bad for our useless attempt.) at them, aiming for Shadow's handle, just because he was so nice to point out was easier to cut.
((Hmm... Bear is able to reattach stuff and is really smart. I like making the bad guys, it's fun.))

"... annoying piece of work." Naozumi muttered as the seemingly immortal kishin attached its arm back. Hey its mocking you! OH shut up. Oh yeah I guess its just waveing to say hi to you?.
Naozumi circulated his scythe so that the blade part hited the sand. Then with big step forward and swing he vlasted large cloud of sand into the face of the bear. Kishins strike was pretty easy to be avoided as it was in bit of daze after the sand attack. With one step Naozumi was in close contact with the kishin. With one massive blow Naozumi cuted the whole torso of the bear open. Not deep enough to cut the whole bear in two but still causing pretty deep wound. With one step and thrust of his hand Naozumi stroke his fingers and palm into the wound. There was moment of silence. "Ichiken hissatsu oogi." Naozumi muttered as he released his wavelenght from his hand. There wore few cracking sounds coming form inside the bear. Then from all over its body small blood rives started to flow down.
"Well then I shall be taking your soul by the rights given to me by Shinigami." Naozumi said as he pulled his scythe back for final slash. Then without futher notice he slashed from down to up with massive swing. A thin line which glemmed of blue light grew from the kishins groin to its head.

The bear kishin died. All that was left was the soul of a pre-kishin. Shadow changed into a human smiled. "Sweet, we did it. And actually, the weapon gets the soul. I must become death scythe." Shadow walked over and grabbed the soul. He put it in his mouth and swallowed it. "Okay now with that done, what next? But I don't feel like walking." Shadow changed back into a scythe.
