Sunny days were so great! Ayokunle could almost always be seen out and about on these kind of days. Today was no exception. On this warm day, the lioness was in the grass, sprawled on her back, absorbing the warmth of the sun. Slowly, she rolled back over and gazed around, smiling as some birds fluttered from their nests and took off into the sky. "Such a wonderful day! Everyday should be like this." She mused to herself, giggling lightly.
After a little bit of time though, she casually got up, stretching out her legs. Once she was stretched out, she ventured out to find a body of water of some kind, hoping to get a drink of water and then, possibly, hunting for some food.

The sun was at its peak, burning everything on the earth along with her, and damn was it ever uncomfortable! She had at least attempted to get going very early in the day, maybe find a good tree and some water to lay next to by this time, but that hadn’t happened seeing as she started her wandering not too long ago. Hopefully there would at least be water somewhere close. Brown eyes scanned the ground before looking to the sky; birds always knew where there was water, along with food, sometimes even shelter. She had become accustom to watch them for any hints on what she might need.
There, she watched as three brown birds flitted in the distance toward something that they could only see. It had to be water, for there were only trees a large distance away and in the opposite direction they were headed. “Ahhh… maybe I will be able to cool down after all. “ She whispered to herself, picking up her pace to follow after the little brown specks in the sky.
