I was wondering what other people do to loose weight? I wanted to get some ideas maybe to have fun while I am working out.
What are you guys doing?

DDR! It's amazingly fun, I never get bored doing my cardio.
If you already have a game console, it only costs like $15 for a decent dance mat and then probably $20-30 for a version of the game (go ahead and get old versions, the only difference between versions is the song selection. I'm still happy with my super-retro PS1 version.) It takes a little practice to get the hang of it, but once you do it's super fun. AND once you get good at it (which is inevitable with practice), if you're with your friends and you pass a DDR machine, you can show off your 1337 skills. lol
Also running can be fun if you listen to music or audiobooks while you run (well maybe running by itself is fun for some people but not for me xd )
As for losing weight in general, I had GREAT weight loss results from keeping a food journal (see the subforum)! It REALLY motivates you to eat right. I often think "no.. must not go back for seconds... must not get that super fatty dessert... I don't want to have to write it in my journal!".

Welllll... untiiiil my bike broke I was trying to ride it more. Basically I'm trying to incorporate exercise into my life without too much pain.
I'm walking through my college more often, (believe me it's like eleven flights of stairs) and I'm going to the gym at least once a week with a friend.
Other than that I'm eating more fruits and veggies and protein and trying to eat less processed crap. It doesn't really work so well but I'm getting better.

Running! Competing in annual events motivates me. Weights and strength training, mixing up what i do each time so i dont get bored. I have a PT once a week which is really fun too
