I've decided to put it up here before I put it on the RP thread because I want to see it is approved or whatever and if people like it and want to play it. Well I'll post the main plot as all the ideas I got in me noggin is quite big and will take more than the little time I have. So this is the basic plot and setting.

The world of Kirtghald is an alternate dimension to ours. In it there are humans, some Chaotic, some Neutral and some Peaceful (similiar to D&D). There are no religions that beleive in Gods. They believe in powerful people who are born extremely rarely, i.e. you can't be one. There are also monsters of all shapes and sizes. Mostly Chaotic, but some are neutral.

Basically, in the 18th Century of our world, a crew of people went on a searching expedition to find new land. These people where all kinds and can be. They met at a storm, then a tornado came over from the a nearby landmass and was electrified by a lightining bolt, these tornado then brought up a tidal wave into it, making it a swirling mass of wind, water and electricity. It ripped open a hole to Kirtghald. The crew went through but their ship was destroyed going through the rip. The hole closed behind them. You are these people.

In Northern Italy, many people went on a hiking expedition near Mount. Ezra (known to be an active volcano) at the base of the mountain an earthquake shook, opening a chasm in the earth, then meteroties begun to rain, about the size of your front room. They entered the chasm along with lava from the volcano. This combination of Earth, Fire and Sky broke another rip in worlds. Those who fell into the chasm fell into Kirtghald. They are in a different location.

The sea group are on a small island, which contains a range of terrain.
The land group are on an island also, but this about ten times the size of Great Britain (though shaped like it) and they are in one of their secluded towns.

Oh and by the way, the plot is that they are trying to get back (obviously). Tell me what ya think. Depending on the response I get I will probably put up more information on the countries etc.

'lo there, Majei. ^_^

I think the plot is interesting, but I'd like to know more about Kirtghald, if that's okay. Nice touch setting our time in the 1800s, considering that back then they seemed more superstitious than right now. (Seemed, anyway. My history is pretty iffy here and there.)

Heya Blind! Fancy meeting you here! More to the point, here is more info on Kirtghald.

It is a sphere like the Earth but smaller. Much smaller. It only has four continents, each covering about a 1/4 of the world.

The Northern Continent: Wepon (Note: The 'e' is supposed to have an accent above it)

Countries: Omega, Ultima, Delta, Nuetra, Skye, Gamma, Beta, Alpha (I know, crappy names, come up with some new ones if you want which you think go with the landscape.

Omega: If there was a capital of the continent it would be Omega. It is the second largest country in the world and is the richest. It's soils are fertile but not as much as Callia and Ultima. It has equal wealth with that of Cast though it's living is much higher standard. It's landscape is mostly flat land with the highest mountains in the world in the North called The Spectrums. It has a President who is not particularly evil, just power hungry. Having no alliances in the world at all is one of the reasons it makes it the richest country in the world. It's people are genrally businessmen, they throw out tramps and their armed forces aren't particularly large.

Ultima: Ultima is generally flat land with ranges of hills dotted around the place. Most of it's towns are on the hills as the flat land is filled with intensive farming. The fertility of the soil is only matched with Callia. It has an alliance with Skye and Callia and is on the far west of Wepon. It is separated from Omega by a river. Their people are generally mixed and they have an average armed force. They are ruled by a Prime Minister.

Delta: A ruthless empire. Ruled by the Red Emperor, a being that some say is a god. Even though he has only ruled for 30 years and lived for fifty. He has two sons, twins. These sons are what makes people believe he is a god. Their physical ability is astounding and they can tame dragons. Something that no one has ever attempted before as they were feared and ruthless monsters. The land itself is generally in between, similiar to the landscape of England although it is long ways. It is separated from Omega by a river. It is made up of peasants and nobles with no middle-class. it's army is a match for that of Cast.

Nuetra: Obviously, this country remains neutral and does not ever wage wars or take any part of them. The people of their countries are genrally mutes and aetheist and do not get involved with any other countries. And is 90% filled with flat land.

Skye: It is all mountains, they raise up suddenly at the border between Skye and Nuetra. Yet their people retain all the normaility of Ultima and is helped by them also with money and resources.

Gamma, Beta and Alpha: An island, split into three parts for an obvious reason. these are magically enchanted lands. Gamma is grass, Beta is cold and generally ice and Alpha is a wasteland fillled with volcanoes. Though they are the smallest countries in the world, their profound skill in magic would be a match for most full-scale armies. Politically they are owned by Delta though they are ignorant to what the three could do to them.

Don't worry about the references to places I haven't put down yet. I'll get round to those as soon as I'm awake again.

After taking some much needed advice on making an RP, I have decided to leave all the information until I have enough people who want to play, and to get people to play, I need a character sheet.

Username: Obvious

Name: Your RPing character's full name

Appearance: What he or she looks like

Personality: Obvious

Occupation: Back on Earth

Class: On Kirghald

Equipment: Whether he or she has a big-a** sword or armor that makes him go at 1mph etc.

History: How he or she came to go on the mountain/sea expedition and a BRIEF history of he or she's life.

Everything is completely up to your manipulation, but just remember that you are from the 18th century and you are human, oh and the Kirghald classes are like this. You won't of been them in the real world but have the potential which is unlocked on entering Kirghald.

Warrior: A trained warrior, the kind that crouches down and runs around killing people with axes, bows, and sometimes swords but cannot use a shield. Because of their ability to move they are unlikely to use heavy armor if any at all.

Defender: Generally using a halberd or great axe, they are exceptionally strong and exceptionally resilient, however often using heavy armor and heavy weapons slows them down considerably.

Knight: This is generally someone who was a knight in the previous world and may not of had the potential to become something in Kirghald. Only occasionally do people unlock their potential to be a knight. Knights use Broadswords, Axes and shield as their weapons of choice and wear strong armor though not as heavy as a defender's.

Dark Knight: Dark Knights do not have any relation to Knights but they are the opposite of Paladins. They use reasonably heavy armor and wield great swords only, not using a shield. They also have skill in Black Magic.

Paladin: Paladin is the opposite of a Dark Knight. They are often seen to be riding armored horses and wielding lances and broadswords. Though they do not have any training in any other weapons or with a shield as they devote alot of their time to prayer for white magic.

Black Mage: A very weaker fighter, using black magic which is not generally darkness and death but harmful to enemies and allies alike. They do not however look anything like the Black Mages of FF and do not even have to use a weapon to cast magic. They do not have to wear black but it boosts the power of their magic.

White Mage: The good side of a black mage who uses healing and helpful magic. They tend to be very nice people as in order to use such divine magic they have to focus on something good. They do not have to wear white but it boosts the power of their magic.

Freeman: This is someone who will generally show some skill in each area, however there can only be one and I will have to decide which profile is better to become one.

You will face many other different classes during the RP, however these are the only ones who people from Earth can become.
