ok,well u know how vampires can drink blood rite? cud they also drink water if they wanted to? wud it be like almost the same as drinking blood but without the same taste?

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it has to be blood. They might could pretend to drink it but SM vampires can't drink water. That's what I was led to understand.

oh ok. cuz since blood is a liquid,nd so is water, i thought they wud be able to drink water too

No if it were that easy they would be able to exist on something other than blood. It has nothing to do with blood being a liquid. Interesting question though.

I'm not sure, but I would guess that they can drink water, just like Edward can eat pizza, but like the pizza, they would probably have to throw it up later because their bodies aren't capable of digesting anything except blood.
That's how I understand it, anyway.

I agree with Glitterbean, water would hold no nutritional value to Vampire's, so they shouldn't ever feel the need to drink it.
