Marii just love getting away from his mother as she always make him stand on two legs to walk around town with her as she would always get strange looks from other when he had happly walk on all fours and that just make her nervous that those others not understanding her son would hurt him. In his mind nothing could hurt him and it was true when he wrestled very hard with Tarth that Marii did have a high pain tolorence or the fact that he was haveing so much fun that he just engnored any pain.
Today his mother let him run off as she was going to be in town longer than he wanted to be if he had to walk around on two legs, so he was off exploring outside of town in a forested area and some time later he found the walls of the Labs as he remembered that the techs were fun to trick with one or all of his lures and then pounce them and then they get all scared and run. Comming up to a tree that he could clearly see that someone with sharp claws was climbing and Marii wondered if they would be fun to play with. He wondered if they would come outside today. Anyways if they did or not he found a near by bush he could hide in and let his tail lures sorta stick out of the bush somewhat and had them glow to lure someone with in pounceing distance.

As it so happened Pepper was outside that day, in fact he was in the very tree that Marii had peered at with all the claw marks in it. Lounging around a trifle disturbed with his train of thoughts...he had been trying to NOT think lately. Especially after the incident with Melan, the idea that..his DNA parent ate an angel...and that he apparently had a temper...well it bothered him.
He had never gotten so angry he'd...eat someone. The idea made him uncomfortable and he shifted on the tree branch happen to suddenly notice something to distract him from his thoughts. Someone was in that bush...and he saw sparkling things...out side of the bush. Shivers ran up his spine...and warily he moved down off of his branch. Last time he saw sparkling things like that he was attacked by a huge water dwelling demon.
So he stayed his distance ...though approached slowly. Closer...and Closer....

Marii got excited that there had been someone outside and was looking at his lures. He also like how the other looked as the other spawn looked especially the red skin. Also seeing that this person was a little slower to come closer which puzzled him a little, but the thought was lost as the other was getting closer.
Just as the other got close enough, Marii dashed out of the bush and tackled the larger spawn and as well gave him a little lick. "You playyyy with Marii," he said all very excited as he loved meeting new people. Marii got off Pepper and on all fours danced around him waiting for a reply.

It was probably a good thing that Marii had gotten off of him as quick as he had pounced on him. He had been a bit too on edge as of late...and he was more than about to strike out when suddenly the little spawn was hoping around in front of him like a hyper dog. Trying to reign in his sudden adrenaline spike, he moved to squat his golden gaze looking at the one before him who claimed to be Marii.
He repressed a shiver, Marii...he looked a LOT like that demon. The one that had tried to get ahold of him and wanted to eat him. BUt this kid..was young and small and he had to admit...his enthusiam spread.
He gave a slow grin before he tossed his head and laughed, pushing past his worries and other troublesome thoughts. This Marii would be a great distraction.
"Play with you? Oh...I dunno...you think you can keep up with me?" He inquired in a sarcastic voice.

Not really knowing what had happened to him if he had stayed on the one he pounced as all he wanted to do was to play and hardly nothing else mattered to his mind. Talk wagging fast as he watched the other spawn grin and laugh and just got more excited.
"Yes, yes, play with Mariiiiii." he said doing another prance around the other spawn. Standing up on two legs and grinning back. "Yes I can, that is no proplem," Marii answered with his tail still wagging a mile a minute.

The kid reminded him of when he was little, full of energy and wanting to play and pounce ...it didn't help that Marii just resembeled that demon so much. It caused shivers to go up his spine when he thought on it too much. Moving he lowered himself to the ground and then with a wicked smile went to pounce Marii.
"Mwahaha I have got you!" he cried as he tumbeled around on the ground with the smaller spawn.

Marii didn't know that just his looks did make the other unconfortable as all his thought were he wanted to play and pounce things.
He had seen the other get to the ground and have then smile but Marii was still caught off as he was pounced. All he did was giggle as it was very rare that someone would pounce him and he was haveing so much fun. "That you did," he answered as he struggled a little to get free were he could pounce.

Pepper felt the surge of adrenaline catch him, he gave a playful growl and he wresteled with Marii though was careful of his claws he began to chew on Marii experimentally. Interesting texture...strange taste. He didn't mind it though as he nibbeled and chewed and generally play faught like a demented kitten.
"I've got you and I am going to gobble you up.."He teased though all joking aside he found himself suddenly halting as if he realized what he had said.
"Ahh..wait..that isn't what.." He stammered as his previous thoughts prior to meeting Marii reared their ugly head.

Marii had to giggle more at the chewing as it was something that Tarth would do when they were playing or when Tarth was laying in his lap, so it wasn't nothing new to Marii.
"You can try as you can, but I as teeth too," Marii said not really careing to what was really ment.
Marii just smiled as his brothers wings really do try eat him as well to get away from what was theres. "You just teaseing, if you really wanted to you wouldn't be friendly nice," he replied and smiled not really knowing the whole story, but didn't care.

Pepper looked at Marii his face still paler than it had been moments before. He ...gave a half laugh it was a nervous laugh. As if he wasn't sure what to do he swallowed and noddex his head although was unconvinced with what Marii had said.
"Yeah...just joking." He replied as he tried to force that half smile on his face. "And I think you have more teeth than me...it would probably end up the other way around." he joked trying to push past the awkward feelings he felt.

Marii stopped showing off his teeth as he could sence that the other was nervous. He still smiled but not showing any teeth, but still total with it that he was the one makeing Pepper all nervous.
"No it wouldn't, I don't eat friends I pounce friends as that is fun and I just eat fish," he said as he really had never bitten anyone and didn't plan on doing so as he thought he just might hurt someone and he didn't want that in one bit.

"Probably a good thing...I have enough friends who bite me." He laughed thinking back to Elisebetta who had drew blood when biting his arm. "Not that biting is a bad thing..I chew on Luthor and a bunch of my friends all the time." He continued wondering why he had made such a big deal of biting. Was it because of what he knew? Where it could lead to?

Marii nodded to the comment as it was true he did like biteing but it was mostly the things that he ate as he didn't want to hurt anyone from his biteing and he knew he had some very sharp teeth. "Well I don't bite others, but I do get chewed on. Tho mostly by my brothers wings," he said bring his tail up to show Pepper the bite marks that were near the end of his tail.
