((I will add text later. Because I'm just that lazy at three in the morning. *eye twitch and creepy laugh* What? No! I didn't just talk to myself and randomly laugh in an evil-overlord-who's-going-to-take-over-the-world sort of way. NEVER!))

((This is a {obviously one on one} fanfic roleplay on the cw tv series Supernatural. I would like to request that you've seen at least parts of the show, though it's not required.))

RULES - yes I know it's monotonous and slightly annoying, but they must be clearly understood, so no one can say, "I didn't know."

1. Please don't use bright colors or post in a small font.

2. Be literate. Or at least relatively so. If I can't even read your post without getting a migrain, roleplaying together will probably not be enjoyable for either of us. If you don't know what that entails, then this rp is not for you.

3. Don't stretch the page. It's just not cool.

4. Follow Gaia TOS. No random sick-minded junk. If you're into that kind of stuff, defer to: http://www.networktherapy.com

5. PM me your profile with the title "Supernatural" and add a " ninja " somewhere in your pm to show you read the rules. Add a second " ninja " if you've actually seen the show.

The Guy. Dude. Man. Boy. Whatever you want to call him.

My puppeteer: onlyNoone
My name: Scott Fricke
Age: 22
Bio: When he was 19, a Shaere (which will be defined later) came after his girlfriend, Emily. A hunter named Branden, who was after it, tried to help and ended up giving Jason the 'The Truth Is Out There' speech. In the end, they aren't able to kill the Shaere, and Emily dies. Scott calls his parents, who disinherited him when he married Emily, but they refuse to even pick up. Feeling that he has nothing left to loose, he asks Brandon to teach him to hunt. After a about a year, Scott headed out on his own.
Other: He travels around in his black jeep. The weapons are underneath the seats in the back.

The Girl. Dudette. Woman. Lady. Whatever you want to call her.

My Puppeteer: aliasJaneDoe (ME!)
Name: Vanessa Liliah Myers
Age: 21
Bio: Her father got into hunting when his mother sold his soul to save him from ((deathly disease which I will research at some later point)) when he was 9. Ten years later, when he was 19, she told him about it, and died soon after. He found out the truth... and became a hunter, met, married, and had kids with another hunter, and eventually settled down to raise them.

Vanessa was raised into this family as the youngest of three children, knowing full well from an early age the truth about what was out there in the dark. Early in the morning on her eighteenth birthday she ran away to hunt on her own, and she's been living on the road in crappy motels ever since then.
Other: She doesn't have a car, so she travels by plane using fake credit cards and IDs, or sometimes even stowing away. This can sometimes be inconvient, because she can't take her weapons with her.
Appearance: She bleached her hair and grew it out, got color contacts, and finally started wearing makeup - all so that she would be less recognizable to anyone who knew her before.

Le Plotline
((Because every good story needs one!))

First of all, the guy does have to be a hunter. Forgot to mention that. Goes to show how brilliant I am in the early hours.

So Vanessa heads out on a hunt in Teton Village, Wyoming. She solves the case, kills the monster of the week, saves the innocent people. However, the monster of the week was in disguise as a normal human being. And though she was not suspected by the police, ((the guy)) hears about these deaths and thinks that they were the innocent ones, and shows up in town shortly after. After he does a lot of research, he finds that Vanessa just moved into town around the time the deaths started and is convinced she is the killer, though he is not yet certain what sort of creature she is.

Tragedy, terror, and hilarity ensue. *lights fade**Audience quiets**curtains open**cue dramatic music*

((Thanks, by the way. I like the idea that the monster isn't really dead yet.))

"Not good," Vanessa whispered to herself, in what was probably the understatement of the year. Or at least the month. She glanced around herself - unnecessarily, since she was alone somewhere in the middle of the Teton Nation Forest... but it was a habit - and pulled a small, silver kitchen knife out of her pockets as bent down over the mess before her. It was a pile of discarded flesh, gooey and barely recognizable as having been human skin, except for the color.

She prodded the mess with her knife and cursed under her breath. Of course. She had been closing in on it - and she had even known who and what it was. So, of course, it had shifted forms - again. She rocked back onto her heels and let go of the breath she hadn't known she'd been holding in. "That's disgusting." Of all the things she had hunted, this was one of the few that actually made her want to loose whatever it was she'd eaten last.

The sun was streaming over her shoulder and it was almost noon day, but she couldn't repress a shiver as she thought about the creature - and she'd failed to kill it once more; so now it had gone and dragged someone else off. She paused for a moment in thought, and wiped her knife off as best as she could on the grass.

Scott shook his head as he looked around at his hotel room; he had known that prices would be steep in such a resort-type village, and they had been, but they had been even more expensive than he'd expected, especially for a three-star. He look around the room and shook his head again. That this could even be considered a three-star. It was luxury compared to the motels he usually stayed in, and he found it strangely distastful. Because they'll probably find out a lot sooner that my credit card is a fake, he thought blandly, and fell backwards onto the bed.

He'd checked into the hotel for a week, so that was all the time he had to solve the case. He'd talked to some of the 'locals' and apparently virtually no one lived here year-round. There were a lot of people who were visiting on skiing trips or who spent part of the year in the cabins. The area was relatively small, but the community was in constant flux. However, there were some stories circulating, and he still had the information Brandon had dug up for him.

As always with the creatures he hunted, the pattern had stayed the same over the years; a young couple on vacation when hiking or back-country skiing a little too deep in the woods, and got lost. They were eventually found again, but a short time later, once the boyfriend or husband had noticed the girl acting wierd, the woman would 'go crazy' and end up killing whoever was around her at the time, then would run off into the woods, and would never be found.

When it first started the attacks had been separated by decades, but it started happening more and more often, and that was what had tipped Brandon off.

((Thank you for talking to me about this. And sorry that it took so long.))

Moving carefully away from the shed and discarded skin, Vanessa tried not to leave any footprints as she circled the clearing looking for tracks. There was nothing. Resigned to another day of searching through the woods, she spread out, making her cirlce bigger and bigger around the central point of discarded skin. She found nothing. After an hour or so of fruitless searching, she finally gave up, going back over her path to erase any tracks she had left.

With a sigh, she set off on a meandering path that lead only generally towards the town, making sure to leave as few tracks as possible, especially while she was still close to the skin. I guess I'm in for another long day stuck up in the hotel room.
