everyone has been demoted back to members. I now have a new policy in your position of autority.
To be crew:
You must recruit 1
You must post 5 times
You most donate 50 gold
To be Vice captain:
Earn my trust and dont break it
You must recruit 5
You must post 20 times
You must donate 250 gold
To be Captain:
I have to quit
You have to be Vice Captain before you become captain
You must recruit 10
You must donate 600 gold
