Area Around Base: Being so high in the sky, the base is not easily seen but still has a cloaking device set up to block it. The base is on a huge floating platform.
Inside the Base: The inside is the basic just like the rest of the bases. There is a long table with two seats for Tentei and the Sky Base general. There are rooms to house the members of the Brotherhood.
